I just got 1400 free SC off of Outspark... I got an e-mail saying:

Well, that's 3/3 cases of people not getting the e-mail/SC = not logging-on during the affected time.


So I guess that settles that xD

Did you check your transaction history to see if they gave you the SC?!

OS might view it as 1-person, multiple accounts.


Or they have some criteria that has to be fulfilled for e-mail selection.

3 out of 5 accounts here got the SC. The 2 that didnt get it didnt log in, all the others did. I didnt get the email but i got the SC so im happy ^^

I didn't log in either but got the sc on one of my accounts. Maybe it's just accounts that had a cs item in use at the time, cos my accounts that didn't get it didn't have anything activated.

I didnt have one in sue at the tim but I have spent on CS items in the past.

I just logged into Outspark.com and saw that I did not receive any free Spark Cash :sad: Would have been nice since I've been playing Fiesta since last June and never had a single Spark Cash :cries:

Ya i think they gave sc to say sorry, because what happen to me was when i got logged out suddenly then when i logged back on all my exp that i earned was gone =( and my character was were i log one the previous day =/
