Emergency Server Restart [05.06.09]
 

Hello Fiesta Players,

Due to a critical error with purchases, the game servers require a server restart. This restart will begin at 10:00AM and will last for approximately 75 minutes.

We found a critical error where new purchases made did not appear in the users inventory. This issue has been resolved and your items will now appear. There was also an error where users were able to duplicate items existing in their premium inventory. This has also been fixed.

We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time.

lol at least outspark hasn't gotten to the point where they take all tuesday to patch like in WoW :P

They should just start saying that the patch will take 3 hours and then people won't complain as much XD.
Its all psychological, the airlines fixed this by adding their time in line into the waiting period and people aren't as pissed now :). They actually aren't mad because they add this extra buffer for people to understand that they have to wait XD.

And so it's already been 81 minutes..

still, time periods are set for a reason and give us gamers false hope T.T woulda liked it more if they didn't tell us a set time or something like they did in the past.

Really surprised @ the CS-item duplication thing. Did people manage to make (essentially free) +9s? Because CS stones are the kinds of items that can't be ''fixed'' to make them dissappear like that, the equipment enhanced will still perist.

Wow if they dont roll back the game will be screwed up...I mean people got 4 pages worth of charms...cs pots...crit suits....how can we compete with that.

And like they've been saying on the officials, Outspark is gonna lose alot of money. Casue if I had all that cs stuff i would never need to buy sparkcash again, or at least for a year or two.

it wasnt a rollback O-o everyone kept their exp and kept their duplicates. i know people who now have like 200 santa suits and 300 charms of might n their bag now X_X; but yeah, OS probably lost 100,000s of $$$ x.x;;; and like... yeah... my friends now have almost 25k worth of sc stuff on each char, whether they are just a storage char or not X_X

Rollbacks have happened before when Burning Rock opened before the intended release.

Most games do not screw up big time to warrant a rollback... that's all. ;)

EDIT: Wouldn't they be taking that out then...? Though I'm guessing you only had that happen if you were playing at the time?

yeah it was only for the people who noticed the bug from the time maintinance ended last night to when they fixed it today. :O thats alot of people though. i really dont know how OS is gonna fix this though. Their office is probably hectic like crazy right now x.x;
you cant duplicate anything anymore, but all the things that people +9'ed with that bug are still there, unchanged. im guessing they'll take away all of the duplicates but... im pretty sure that if you duplicated stuff, all the stuff that was in your inventory is gone... i think... ><; idk
to put it short: hecticness at their office, they're probably gonna fix it by next week.

They are back down again. This time with no time till back up. Oh well I've seen this before on other games. Most likely they are now going to attempt to clean up all the extra items that are in the game. I know I would if I were them. ah no Fiesta fix for me tonight. :cries:

I saw that it was going to be down for 5 hours.

I have had a problem with my inventory for a while now. I tend to do Remi spins and have all this stuff. Well as long as I only have 4 pages everything shows, but if it goes to 5 pages only the first 4 boxes will show up. This evening I bought a permenant dragon for my alt and its not showing up even if I look on the web site to see what I have in inventory. Its in my purchases but not my inventory.

They need to give us a weekend EXP boost!!

Damn... bf can't play 2night so all our work yesterday and the night before all wasted....
