Magic Burst [07] has more mdmg than Magic Burst [08]... Just a thought...

Sparky, do you mean because he has skill points on [7] Thats why its more powerfull than [8] ?

I dont know if the Topic starter meant just by looking at the skills or by having them both available to use. Plus when you empower there's a little (+xxx) so I dont think TS would make that mistake.
