If you must know the stats, the shirt has +22 END along with the regular 500 HP bonus. My pants have 37 END, +500 SP. 13 END and +5% crit rate on the boots.

Naah, I've seen mages with easily 4K more HP.

Extenders or not, Full END equips play into it somewhere.
