From I have heard apparently some of your members or all, I do not know and do not want to make wrong statements, think Lykainion hates you guys.
In fact we do not and I do want to make this clear. SOME of us think you control the site, but not saying we say that in a bad to make it clear. I just hate the thought of people thinking something wrongly as that and please understand we dont and infact majority of us love the G__G guild even though we do not talk much its a nice guild from what we have seen. and if we hated you guys we wouldnt have stalked y'all montsh ago xD ALSO Also during the un-needed conflict (which is fault of both sides) ealier during a contest thread it was stated that All of Lyka had contributed to it in a way. No and I do not want the rest of my guild being blamed or even associated with that if they did not post. They read it but did not speak their views and should not be lumped in with the rest of us who did post. |

If this was about my comment, it was my comment alone. I have not been affiliated with GG since the beginning of this year. So I dont know why you had to bring them into this. You're just pouring oil into the flame.

And this thread was made because we know one (few) idk people think we hate them and we dont and some of our members are just concerned about this. And I want to calm them from thinking that and hoping that G__Gs and everyone will understand. The old thread ealier is dead gone no more fighting, this is seperate and not meant ot bring that up so please dont mention it anymore or anything. |

G____G does not control the site. Fiestafan was made before CB. Many G____Gs have been playing since CB. They all met on Fiestafan and during CB when Fiesta was a dead game. They like the site, so yes, this is like their home away from home, but no, they do not control the site or effect the mods decisions. They're just friends that met on this site. Thats all. There's no conspiracy. |

But yes, What hazu said is true and some of us are concerned about it and we don't like a guild thinking we hate them when we obviously don't. We just want to clear up this situation and move on with our FFaddictingness. :l And this REALLY does not have to do with the SSOTW thread earlier. Its something different. So we're bring something up and we aren't going to drop it until we are satisfied. |

So peace, dw, everybody is treated differently (and should be cause we're all different), not just Lyka. As for Lyka hating GG, I don't think that way. Both sides were just sticking up for their friends/what they thought to be right, and there's nothing wrong with that. ._. We understand that you guys were just debating for your friends and it would be nice if you understood that we were doing the same. As for favouritism, it can't be avoided. This is a forum! Run by members! Contributions made by members! Suggestions made by members! Do you expect everybody to be equal friends with everybody? Of course not. It can't be avoided that when someone sees two things that are both great, but one is their friend's, then they will vote for their friend. It's called "friendship." You can lessen the favouritism by making the siggies anonymously, but it doesn't eliminate it entirely. So, get used to this. I don't see anything wrong with voting for your friends. Personally, in SSOTWs/SOTWs and events, I put artistic skills before voting for friends, but this doesn't go for everyone. And I think it's fine. It's a forum after all. Run by members. So yeah, I think it would be nice to make entries anonymous. But even then, keep in mind that favouritism wouldn't be eliminated, only lessened. >edit Wow, didn't realize this would be a wot. ^^; |
I would review who exactly voted for what in the previous SSOTWs / SOTWs etc.
Votes seem pretty varied, sometimes someone just submits something that clinches it. This is the first I've heard of this specific drama, but maybe I'm just reading things differently. Wondered what exactly OP was talking about. G___G has a pretty varied member-base, by no means do we reach absolute consensus or even agreement. Pretty sure people are more than just a hive-mind. /end fragmented post |

Guilds....Are drama magnets, The best way to avoid drama is it have a strict Drama=KOS guild policy. This keeps the shat in whisper, And the members in line.
But if there is a problem that can't be ignored, It's best to let the 2 work it out on their own, For better or for worse, Because it sucks when they quit the guild and slam down on you with 2 of the most powerful guilds in the server. I've seen it, You do not want it. So be friends. |

This is FiestaFan..its hasnt always been this way but lol those who kiss ass get rewarded those who don't get dereped and get their posts deleted. Theres no point in arguin about it anymore though because nothing will change. I'm not quite sure why this thread was created though lol...who cares if G_G hates yall or if they dont. Stop making them feel important lol.
The more important thing is who the next Moderator to replace Spirit will be...I'm pretty sure that him or her will be chosen from the same group of people who kiss ass. So far only one Moderator on FF is free of that tag...lets see if they add another. :laugh: |
i dont see what's up with guild stereotypes... there'll be some people in a guild you like, some you dont. just because there's some people who dont like you, or vice versa, doesnt mean that it's true for everyone in a guild...

You should never judge a group of people as a whole just because they have 1 thing in common (in this case a tag). We try our hardest to make sure everything on this forum is fair and safe for everyone. We cannot please everyone, but we only have everyones best interest in mind. We can't help who dislikes who or who thinks who dislikes who and is discriminating who, its their right. We cannot prove these things, of course unless someone just said they do not like so and so. But we cannot prove things such as these people disliking these people or this guild controls the forums. And from what I hear, this all stemmed from someone in G____G leading in a vote for the 2nd week in a row? Two words could play into this: coincidence and luck. We're only human. We do not intend, try to, and as far as I can confirm, do not practice favoritism. And no one controls or can manipulate the mods decisions. And when it comes down to it, does it matter? It's only the internet. Compared to all of your daily responsibilities and life issues... is correcting someone in the internet amongst the top 3? 5? 10? I went through this same crap in high school with a club and a clique I was in. It's annoying being treated as part of a unit and not as an individual. So yeah... I'm just going to close this for now and hope the subject drops. Remember... its only the internet. |
