Can anyone give me a simple newbie guide? like what mob should i kill first lol xD

just follow the quests, do all the training quests, until lvl 15 or so, then start doing fate quests and bulletin board quests.
Oh and use auto route, helps A LOT.
Its the green name thing in the quest menu

Press L in-game there's a guide. Follow the quests, they'll tell you what you need to kill.

Hmm...The exp is green bar right? o.o

The exp is at the bottom. The green bar is your vigor (I think)

I think you should read the question mark icons that pop-up ingame instead of ignoring them, like my friend who used to play this.
