Horrible cleric glitch!!!
 

Ralath was talking about it yesterday but... I just experienced it today!!

Basically.. you cant select your party members from the party bar :cries:

gotta use F1 F2 F3 F4 F5

and it happens when party has over 3 people...

though if u're lucky apparently it might still work.. but i was glitched for the entire KKP and it wasnt easy.......

If you right-click on people in the party-portraits, it brings up a context menu. Does this also select them?

We faced that this morning (for me), last night (for Blaaaaahs). Blaaaahs could not click on any of us. She had to use the F1, F2, F3 keys.

I've been having the same problem; been using the F1, F2, F3, and F4 keys. I hate it though, I'm so used to clicking people. :uhoh:

Yeah I'm so slow with F keys @_@

I think it's for anyone with over 10letters in their name. I've had a full party, and only the 10+letters couldn't be selected.
It's like learning to be a cleric all over again >.>

i like... CANT use F2~5 or w/e X___X i alwys click people... im happy im not going on my cleric atm x.x i would couse so many deaths ><;;;

been happening for me since the tuesday maintaince... I quit my cleric until it fix, going to lvl up my archer for now hehe

Hm, that makes some sense.. but at the same time, I think it worked a little for Spirit_of_Wind before it stuffed up again (she rejoined party, it worked for a little while, then it stuffed up again). But my clicking works for Enraya all the time.

And yeah. Spiwit died because I couldn't find my F4 button in KKP ><!! AND I double invinced Enraya because I forgot to select Spiwit via F4 ._.

Me too - I almost got some of my party killed in DoA earlier. It was horrible. I always go to click someone because I forget about the F keys, fail, and barely catch 'em before they die... I hate it D:

Well this explains the awful job of the clerics in the party since the last patch. I should go apologize...

Hmm I noticed that the 1st person on my party bar i could click on..

i dont remember if the rest of them had long names though... i might double check next time

At first I thought I could only click on the ones 2nd on the list. But later after remaking parties and things, I noticed that I could only click on En regardless of the list so I don't think the position numbers have anything to do with it.

u can click on ppl char and heal. :D

I use click always.

That was lies madness. Sometimes timing is crucial, and trying to click your tank while in the middle of a mass of monsters would be hell without being able to click on the party name.

outspark programming is to "win" as "all your base are belong to us" is to good grammar.

So it seems that this glitch effects people with long names...

now now it's not us cleric's fault when u're not getting healled.. its your fault for having a long name XD

Somehow the party bars on the side of the screen also are..uhm..smaller? In KKP I noticed that some people's names were like 'example_12..' but before this glitch started popping out, it was 'example_1234'. I was in a full party when this happened, and 1 of the two warriors in my party had her name like that. I could click on the warrior who had the 'short' name and heal, but I couldn't do the same for the warrior who has the '...' in her name.

What is OS trying to do to us clerics? Our lives are miserable as it is with 'BOOFXOR PLOXXX" requests :cries:

I keep forgetting and even did not buff an archer today, because I clicked on him on the list and it never occurred to me to make sure I actually clicked on him. He now prolly thinks I suck as a cleric........ oh well.

T.T so i logged onto my cleric today.... and yeah... this glitch sucks. alot.

;-; my whole party died because i kept on clicking on them and healing me instead cuz i wasnt selecting them... >_>; it made me feel worse than i normally do when i have people die in front of me. especially because.... i was just 1 key away from healing them ;-;

from what i saw today.... it seemed to only effect people with underscores (_) in their name. :/ which was not helpful... seeing that so many people have names like that.

That would be every single one of my girls.

to the underscore part, nah its the length of the name.
I went and used my laptop and desktop to figure it out.
People who have long names will show up on the party member circles with ... after their name. Those people are the ones you can't heal or dismiss from the party. I was trying to heal my archer with my cleric and yeah clicking = fail XD

O.o thats weird.. because the only person i couldnt hea in my party had a _ in their name and there was no ... O.o;
