From perfect world.

I was flying and I saw someone from our #1 rival guild, so I killed him.

He dropped a load of shit, so I was like OMFG.

I picked it all up, and he said he was hacked, and the hacker took all his shit off and whatever.

GMs asked me for the stuff back, but I got it from a legit kill... it's mine. I asked why I should give it back like 5 times from the GM, and all I got was "if thats ur attitude so be it" ... and "then i guess well just do it the *other* way" ...

So then I was banned and I had to call customer support to find out why I was banned.

BL(BloodLusT) member "Korren" glitched a boss do get an item that no one can possibly have right now because of lack of Lv / skills, the boss just really rapes that hard. The GM acknowledges that the item was glitched to be obtained, BUT allowed the item to remain in his possesion, so now 3 people have such end game weapons, it's hard to compete.

I kill someone from BL, he drops his stuff, cries to a GM, and 5 people are banned for it. 2 of those people (Revert, Mieze) weren't even online. One was at school, the other at work irl... then someone I have REALLY no idea who the hell they are got banned for all of this and I was like wtffff...

We're thinking the GMs got a little happy with the ban hammer.

Hack an item from a boss that's impossible otherwise to get = slap on the wrists and don't do it again.

Kill someone that's floating around to get his items which 148545 other people have = ban 5 people without explaining wtf is going on.

I would think that getting killed you get logged... even in ESO if I kill someone in a duel -coughtriumphcough- it says so in the message and I assume that gets logged somehow? Open PvP does so cause we get -points for killing too... x___x And we're under the same company~ Wee not gonna PvP~

Not only did the guild turn on Grim, they started to get stupid mean towards anyone that didn't agree with people.

SlayerS decided to blame one of our Attack Wars against CQ losses on Revert, and the defence team... when our crystal got touched maybe twice... for less than 10% damage.

Random invites of people that hate other people led to daily arguments over god knows what. Little "cliques" of people that help no one but themselves, but then would still like the help of others...

The guild is turning to Anarchy and I couldn't help but decide I wanna play the game for fun, and not them. As much as I love BloodLusT, what they turned into wasn't the same guild that I joined.

Yoshiki is the leader now, and is using a hacked item weapon and yeah. He got banned for fake bidding... A lot of people rerolled on the new servers, and so guilds are dying.

Long story short: We ended up liking more people in CQ than in BL, so we moved.

Drama llama time o: I'm sure that guild will die eventually.

Meaning.. they can use ToS against you (when u really get hacked they can go "oh well too bad")... but you cant use it against them "you said you'll not take responsibility!"

It never says they have the oportunity to just opt out of responsibility.

It says they will take none.

That doesn't mean they will stay out of those matters, it just means they're ultimately held not responsible for the activity. That gives them the option of getting involved or not.
