Hit 20 tad dissapointed :(

My mage char has just hit 20. I did the quest but failed at first cos i took no hp pots.

Anyway went to mage in Eldurine and looked at the skills for mage and to be honest i was dissapointed.

In my opinion you hit 20 and its a class change yes?

So shouldnt there be new spells and i dont mean 1 or 2.

As far as i could see at 20 we get the ability to convert health to mana which is ok. And at some later lvl say 30 we get a spell called magic blast.

I thought at 20 we would get new spells as we have changed class but its same old spells just higher lvl.

On top of that the mana consumption for spells is harsh and i personally only cast lvl 1 spells to save mana as the damage between lvl 1 and lvl 3 is not that great deal of difference.

I got my lvl 20 weapon to +6 and i am all INT.

Anyone else dissapointed at class change at 20?

I'm not happy I didn't get too many extra arrow spells, but overall I was fine with the bonus 5 stat points.

you were suppose to be able to get magic burst[1] at item merchant Nina is u have 400 fame but seems the merchant is bugged.

I bet that they will put in more spells for lvl 20+ in Ob.

my fighter hasnt hit level 20...yet...Im like 17 i think.

i am also lvl 20 and full int. so far i have failed the job change quest ~ 6 times.
this is becos when im vsing myself, the other me does very high dmg to me and i dont have enuff END to withstand it. =="
cuud tell me if yu pass the quest and how yu did it. i am very frustrated atm lol...

Yeah, I thought that at level 20, Mages get some kind of AoE spell.. well I think it was like that for other versions at least, so maybe more spells will come out in OB.

It seems like it's not just the mage class but all other classes once you hit 20 it seems like we have the same spells, just upgraded is all. But hey maybe lvl 30, 40, and 50 there will be more spells available for the classes.

Once I hit 25 my Archer gets around 3-4 skills I believe.

I can give you some scrolls if you want, specialy HP scroll, if you have it you will see how easy it is to pass the shadow room, and DONT BUY that skill that makes your hp turn into mp ITS TOTALY USELESS. :eek:

I hope they did take out some skills for CB. I hope.. cause ATM clerics are like gods.

Imo clerics are the least bugged class there is really, the problem with the other classes is alot of the skills are bugged in someway. From what i've heard, skill attacks do not stack in with your base attack. But eh, before we start nerfbating clerics lets, let the other classes come up to full strength first.

Mages need their dam AoE FFS. D:

Cleric's skills are bugged. You can heal then attk. Without completing the heal skill, but you'll still get the hp.

lol i can do the same thing with my fighter, while the skill is still in cast, you can cast another skill when it launches so it speeds up the process, its not just clerics i believe

rokaraged is right...clerics are fine they way they are, asorbtion doesnt even last 5 seconds with 5 ppl or monsters on u =\ lol just a guesstimate
but yea...too many none working skills with other classes, should fix them first, clerics may be too weak actually =\ lol
