I am sick of having everything I say filtered. Why is Outspark filtering words like screw, clam, and jesus? If I can't say Fuck off to someone I'd at least like to be able to say screw off. I'm sure 99% of the user base has been exposed to the "swear words" they filter. I motion for the filter system to be changed.

"ass" is a common one

it's very annoying when u cant say "what class are u?" coz it always comes out as "what ***** are u?"

the weird thing we found was... that u can say "class", and "glass" on its own... like single word in your text input

but once u start putting it in a sentence.. they filter it out

the other one was u cant say "bastard" but u can say "bastards"

there's a few of those haha...

You learn to use different words D: Like instead of saying "pissed off" say PO'd.

Yeah, I was trying to explain kingdom quests to somebody, and I kept trying to tell them to click on the hourglass-looking thingy. It didn't work. :(

What I find humorous is that they have all those words blocked, but if you just string them together in a single word, its OK.

Ex. coonbitchwhoreassretard

Coon is another word that's blocked. Is it like a racial slur-word? Did you get "retard"? Its blocked, but retarded isnt.

Just double type a letter. You want to say ass, say asss. If you want to say shit, say shitt. It's much easier, though it can get messy.

you can say most words with ending something or just 1 word :)

class doesnt go **** it's cl***.(atleast it used to be)
and most people get it anyways, i dont give a shit if i say fuck it as **** it. because everyone will get what i meant. so yeah, who cares ? ^^

Fiesta is meant for 16+ so most of the censoring is stupid to me.

i always say "oh crap" but it always comes out "oh ****" so everyone probably thinks i'm really swearing (i dont think crap is a swear word... =/)

but yeah... the clam thing... the stupid thing is that for lower lvl quest u hv to find "clam meat"

and i cant tell ppl properly wat i'm looking for in a quest.... =/

a while ago they had the word japanese filtered in CB1

I saw fvcking used a few times - just used a 'v' instead of a 'u' :p

ususally its when i die or being chased by a massive train of mobs that's why i go "crap" and in those circumstances my brain is too busy getting my emotions out and staying alive to think of whether my words will be filtered... keke

It's not cutting freedom of speech at all. In fact you are not allowed to swear in public at all, it counts as slander I believe and you can get into legal troubles.

But yeah, seriously...16+ is extremely unrealistic...12+ is more like it.

Just be happy it isn't like Halo where you can hear the little kids saying stupid crap that makes no sence. Then when you get them to shut up they begin to make random annoying sounds.

Just be thankful we can't actually hear the kids.

I played halo 3 online with the mic about 3 times...

First time: 4 annoying kids screaming the hell out of my eardrum
second time: A drunkard
3rd time: 2 potheads.....That was the final straw...

LOL. Not gonna lie, but that's pretty funny.

Exactly my point, I was playing and this kid starts saying the stupidest insults ever. And after like 20 minutes of argueing with the child he finally leaves. About 2 days later I find out it was my roomates little brother who I was actually playing with.

I'm just really happy that there's no voice chat available in most/all online games yet for the comp(atlesat mmorpg wise)

Thank god Fiesta doesn't have anything like that. That'd be annoying.

The bots would have cheesy pre-recorded spams. Lol.
