What are good birthday skills for each class?

Its too much work to check all the bdays >_>. But it seems that 10/23 would make good ranger skills. My friend started playiing and used his bday. I believe its a yaoh ranger. Its the human class, forgot which is which. But other than that, just do some research and see what looks good.

Or you could go check the guide I posted and there's a little program someone made with javascript(?) under the bday skill section. (If people don't bother reading I don't why I spent my time making it)

And there isn't one single birthday skill that would benefit each class. Like Derr said it'll be too much work which you should be doing if you care about it. It's there so you could customize what sort of skill you receive.

So if you are a full support dragoon it might not be such a bad idea to get a skill that would heal your HP as well as taunt mobs. A ranger, if he so wished, could go get himself an aoe heal skill as well.

Should i keep the lvl 20 diplomatic quest items?
I get them a lot and i keep all of them. I'm only lvl 18 so i don't know if i need it or not.

You can give them to the NPC near Wehn (forgot the name) to gain regional points. 5 points per item.

Its once your at lvl 20 right?
Or is it any lvl?

You can donate at any level. The actual diplomatic quest is at Lv20;two separate thing.

Yeah, I don't quite understand the diplomatic quest thing either. :] I usually just donate it...

When you gain a certain number of regional points I believe you can trade it in for something... not sure.

You mail them in to the regional distibuter to get a free decoder ring!

i dont quite understand it all but its okay.

Let's just say it isn't that important especially now cause it's CB. :D So if you feel that it's taking up space... chuck it. OR you can go into Realm1 and see if anyone is buying them.

another question,
At what lvl is soloing the instance dungeon easy?(15-25)
And they drop better lvl 15 armor. How about the weapon?
And if you get your armor to +3, should you get the lvl 25 armor or just wait to you can do the instance for that lvl and get it?
And are ethrelics only dropable by normal mobs? Is there a way to buy them or where the drop rate is increased?

It depends on the class. A full-tank Dragoon with a decent tank pet and a healer pet can probably do it around 21-22 without much problem, aside from the boss monsters. I'm a 23 Shaman with a crap tank pet and a decent healer and I ALMOST took down the bear boss by myself.

The dungeon will drop weapons too but you'll get it from a quest so don't worry about that too much. I don't remember what level I was but I was in my 20s and I was able to solo the mobs in there fine... no healer pet either.

There is not Lv25 armour... your next one is at Lv30. And you should get it asap... if you get a party you can just go through the second dungeon and kill the bears for gear.

Ethrelics are mob only drops as far as I can tell. But if you plan on getting star equipment the condensed etherelics drop frequently from instance mobs.

how come when i was pumping my def at lvl 20, after three points its went dark and wouldn't let me add anymore into that stat?

It seems that it will only let you add a certain number of stats to one element in one go... not quite sure how that bit works yet.

I haven't actually partied yet, do the healer pets auto-heal party members, too?

No, unfortunately they don't. So you'll have to click on the party member and cast it yourself...

Hmm, pity. Ah well, as a Shaman, I'd probably already have the person selected to spam the "heal" we have, too.

Yeah, that's what the mystic in our party was doing during our instance raid... that plus two, three others who had healer pets. We'd select the boss and let the combo kick in (or normal attack) and then select tank to just spam heal. x__x

It was hard that time. I didn't have enought time to cast any of my skills so I just left myself on auto normal attack. I was toobusy spamming the tank with heal and feeding your neglected hedgehog. Heal takes quite a toll on its belly.

Okay I don't know what to do...

I want to be a Damage Dealing Dragoon, so a build I see in a guide is:

MAX Erda
Rest Oora


But in the comments of the guide, people say you should put the rest of the stats into Windu or Pyra, for INT.

Which one should I do?!?

It depends on how much you will skill spam, really.

For me, I press and hold Banewind Gust on my Erda/Oora Dragoon. However, with my Pyra/Erda Dragoon, I do good damage with skills, but normal attacks/Banewind Gust suck.
