an archer build question
 

okie so i got my archer to lvl30 recently and was wondering...

she's pure str atm with str/end/dex gears :o and im not sure if i should change her build or not ><

im a sucker for end builds so that i dont die like paper, but im not sure if i should just stay with str or sprinkle some in so that i.. dont die so fast xD

I think archers really benefit from the STR in free stat... so I think u should just keep it that way.. and just get END gear (END archer gear are generally cheaper than other classes' END gear... so it shouldnt be too much of a problem)

My archer is STR/SPR... with some T3 scrolls, and careful kiting.. its not too much of a problem to solo a small abyss room when you get mist...

Unless you put a lot into END, you won't see any benefit. Archers don't have shields so you don't get block-rate, End's greatest benefit, so it might just be a better idea to stay with STR/SPR.


Spreading stats thin will only waste them.

Long time ago i posted on these threads xD But i got lvl 31 archer. and im pure str and i got descent end dex spr gear for it ^^ Im no good in archers, But mine is pretty Good ;P Keep It That Way

Lol my archer is 25 spr and rest str.. If u do these stats u get alot of crits with out any of the sc items. So.... u gets those stats and then get most of end stuff for def and hp :) My archer i godly Mitsuru9520 lvl 59 i quit it hes boring :P btw Bijou server

My archer is lvl 39 so idk if this helps at higher lvls but i used 2:end 1:str and it works great, also i dont get pked easy.

For short term it might be good, but long term the END will be a dead weight. You could get your END from armor and be the same thing. Around mid 40s you'll realize the few extra hp and def makes no difference. Trust me I did the same thing.

for archer there is only 2 good built
full str
or 25spr/full str

find end/dex gears, +9 if possible also +9 weapon if you are an impatient person. I was able to solo Mara KQ with my archer with full Str built ^^

That's not neccesarilly true. Experimental builds are still being developed, there's no proof that there's only two "good" builds.

Unless there's a hidden bonus in INT, I''d think development's about tapped out. DEX has been done and tried and it's a dead end. It can be useful in PvP along with the eva scrolls, but there's ways to mitigate that as well.


There's only so many combinations you can try, though full-SPR could use some looking into.

from what i've read, it adds a bit to the first hits in dot's... perhaps by magic it means skills in general? o.o

I`m personally 25spr rest Str and it works perfeclty fine..I never use SC items but i bought a [+9] Xbow..The critical rate is awesome and i do a lot of damage everytime that im kitting..Im just thinking to go with dex too till 33 stats points to get the extra evasion..
