How Do I get My Video Driver Back?
I don't know whr else to post this, so i decide to post it here. I'm having a problem. After making stupid thing just to make sure my fiesta graphic become normal, I lost my Video Driver. And I got no installer. Can anyone help and tell me whr can i find Video driver for my graphic card so I can play Fiesta Back? And also I did mention earlier that my Fiesta graphic become weird coz some place in fiesta become white. Anyone can help with this problem? |
Check who's the manufacturer of your graphic card and download the driver from their website (just a google away). You can determine the card manufacturer by going to Device Manager or go to System Information, on the left column, expand Components, select Display, it'll tell you the name of the vendor.

- Start
- Run. In Vista, you can find this in All Programs > Accessories. - Type msinfo32 - System Information window will pop up - On the left column, expand Components. You'll see Display under it. - Select Display and the card information will be shown. |

When you click Display, look at the window to your right. All the information about your graphic card is there.
Let's try a simpler method: - Right-click on your Desktop - Choose Properties - Select Settings tab |

When you click on Settings tab, you should see your graphic card.
Is it an Intel Integrated Graphics, NVIDIA, ATI, etc? Note the model of the card as well because you will need it to find the correct driver on the vendor's website. |
Nothing shown there....weird...then I need to install new one? o.O |
You can always... open up the computer case and read off the label on the card. It's probably the easiest way. lol
Though, what did you last do before the driver disappeared? |
Errr...Do I really have to tell all this? Okay like this. Everything works perfectly before this thing happen. Well...Not really perfect. Some area/place/things/mob in game like house, face, armor become white. white the interface is still ok. So I'm thinking what should I do. I looked at the Fiesta website download section. Looking at the graphic things. So I click this one http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us I install one of the graphic thing. and i installed it. and POOF everything become black and white. I restared my pc. and uninstall that thing. And everything back to normal. Except something. some pop up appear about found new hardware. I tried to install but they said I need to put in the installation disc. I got no disc, so i click cancel. I open fiesta launcher and I tried to log in. Some pop up appear it says something like can't find video driver. please install the video driver for your graphic card. and i like w.t.f?! What should i do next? |
OK, before doing anything further, back up all files that are important to you (safety measure).
You can try System Restore to restore your system to the state where everything was known to work. Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore - Restore my computer to an earlier time - Next - Choose the date/time just before you tried out the "NVIDIA graphic thing". - Next And follow the prompt.
