Four fun new Valentine's Day quests:

- The Wedding Planner 1
Help Vietree in Roumen spread the love in Isya by collecting 20 Isya Blossoms and you'll be rewarded with cool in-game prizes.

- The Wedding Planner 2
If you think 20 Isya Blossoms just aren't enough, collect 30 Isya Blossoms in this repeatable quest for 50 fame and 10 Fireworks! After two weeks, the top five players on each server who have completed this quest the most number of times will win a Parmanent Raccoon Mount. Be sure to check out the Wedding Planner leaderboard to see where you stand.

- Love is in the Air
Love is in the air in Isya! Male characters that declare their love to Element Helper Remi will receive 50 chocolates! Each chocolate recovers 100% of your HP and SP!

Armor level restriction requirement has been changed for level 8 to 39 to give more defense to low level characters:
In order to make the low level game-play easier, the Armor level restrictions for level 8 armors to 39 has been changed as below:
- Level 1~7 will stay as is.
- At level 8, players are able equip all armors from 8~18.
- At level 20, players are able equip all armors from 20~29.
- At level 30, players are able equip all armors from 30~39.
- Level 40 and above will stay as is.
- Weapons and Shields level restriction for all levels will stay as is.

Remove Blood Splatter from critical hits
- Replace with Broken Star graphic when critical hits
- Add sound effect when critical hits

Friend invite Allow/Refuse option added

- Option to turn friend request on/off in community window-press "F"

Skill empower window redesigned
- Press 'K' to open skill window
- Click 'p' button at the right side of skill icon.
- Empower window pops up with skill icon.

Hunting effect redesigned

- Add random chances of monster being stunned when hit by critical
- Add Screen Vibration Effect. (can be turned on/off at option window)

Bonus Event ends

Mini Santa and Mini Rudolph stats are back to +2

I don't get it... so at level 8 you're already able to wear all the gear? o_o

I was just gonna ask what everyone thinks on that weapon restriction changed idea... I don't have any thoughts on it yet though... haha.

And heh, they removed the blood! Random broken stars sound nice.. I think.

Best part I love about this update is there is a chance to stun monsters when you land a crit.

But I bet this will be annoying for archers though

As if gameplay wasn't already super easy for low-lvls...

And thank goodness, they're removing the blood splatter crit. So cheezy and distracting.

Yeah, the hunting effects are nice. Not exactly sure about making things even easier for lower levels... they're spoiled enough. .___.

hmmm random stun when cit hits a mob? interesting...might be good for mage/archer AOE attacks.

At least Archers get a provisional stun-ability, against mobs at least. Having the highest (natural) crit-rate might help more.


More use in partys is always good.

Weapon Restrictions stays the same.. it's just for armours...

I guess... it's not too bad, that they made it for lvl 40 and below only... extra defence means better chances of winning KQ?!?! -dreams-

At first i was like "Screen vibrations? :err:" But then i saw that you can turn it on and off (Phew). That sounds good to me...

I LOVE THE RANDOM STUN EFFECT IDEA!!! Us clerics sooooooo need it!

hm i like the sound of some of this :3

though i think its cool to be able to get more def, it kinda takes a big chunk out of the motivation for some players. (im not saying anyone here, but i know im kind of sad xD) getting new armor is always this cool reward when you get a certain lvl. o.o i guess its good that no higher lvls get that, or else... :/ i would probably loose my motivation to lvl my cleric and mage XD

and as for the stun possibility with crits, i REALLY like that. but im not sure if im gonna want to join pvp kq anymore with mages and archers stunning me! xD though im sure for all the fighters it just means more owning face for them XDDD

and yay~ no more blood! :O i wonder what the broken star things look like....

Yes please bring back King Kong Phino easy mode. I miss that KQ where KKP had like far less HP and Phinofly did only 45 damage

I'd assume that they would try to make a stun-crit rate fair for all the classes or have different rates for each class respectively.


If chances to stun-crit were tweaked according to class, I'd imagine that Fighter's would get the lowest chances due to their already possessing the best 'stun' in the game, with the highest duration, lowest cooldown and most damage. A Fighter with some luck could forseeably keep a mob stunned for the entire duration of combat.


Mages or Archers would be next lowest, depending on the devs on which class has lower chances to stun-crit. They might decide to give Archers the lower chances due to their having the highest natural crit % or it might be Mages due to their emphasis on already higher consistent damage than the Archer class. Mages also already have a 'stun' skill albeit with a long cool. Giving the Archers higher % to stun with a crit might also lessen complaints leveled against game-balance and the 'uselessness' of Archers in a party.


Clerics might possibly get the highest chances to stun-crit due to their low lethality and high durability. Trip was supposedly to stun and Bleed to inflict the bleed DoT so they might give a higher % to Clerics to compensate. Clerics, like Archers also have no other ability to 'stun' a target with a skill. Combined with the Clerics decent crit %. Clerics might receive the most benefit from the stun update.


All this is moot however if there is a static stun % for all the classes, though chances of this is lessened somewhat by their saying the rate is random. If the rate however is truly random and independent of class, then that might be a problem for some classes, as some would be favored exorbitantly more than others.

I just thought of something.

How would this affect Mages, especially Mages 60+?


Mages have a number of AoEs, Magic Burst, Frost Nova and Inferno. Frost Nova and Inferno in particular might be extraordinarily affected by this update. FN and Inferno have the initial damage from the spell along with 2 or 3 more pulses of damage affecting all within range of the graphic. All the pulses of the damage however, have an independent chance to crit, independently on all mobs. So as long as the mob is inside the circle, the chances to crit/stun are multiplied o_o

It doesn't work that way for Archers because there's the initial damage of skill-impact and the rest of the damage is set and pre-determined non-crittable DoT.

~.~ so for mages who crit alot and use frost nova an inferno... they practically have a DoT deva?? o.o me wants..

but the problem for archers now is kiting xD how are you supposed to keep a mob while half of them are left behind stunned? ><;
