Pets??
Are the pets worth what people are charging for them? I really, really, really want one because they are so cute, and I am not lucky enough to find a treasure chest, and I am tired of waiting on the Fiesta store to open. I have almost bought one a time or two, but find it hard to let go of that kind of money for a little critter to sit on my shoulder. But, are they really worth what people are selling them for???? Should I just wait for the Fiesta store to open and see if they sell them in there? Or will the ones they sell be one of those temporary things!!!!! Egads!! What is a girl to do??

+1 to all stat ain't much to fret about. Thought i saw +3 to all stat somewhere that would go in the Fiesta store.

I actually don't think that +1 to all stats are worth that many silvers. Think about the rings we find, they give much better stats, yet people don't buy them for more than 5 silvers.
I think it's really the rareness of it that makes it so expensive. |

I was just barely lucky enough to acquire a Mini Slime pet the other day. The +1 to every stat is useless and all the pet does is bounce on your shoulder. Definitely not worth the 20s+ people sell them for. Besides, if they were so rare then why would so many people have them? xD Also my friend got three Mini Slimes in two of the KQ's she did. She get two by taking care of spawns (which I usually do) and another just from playing through the KQ. I noticed that its usually the Brave Honeyings that usually drop stuff especially the pets. So always try aiming for those and the Prince Slimes first because they too drop decent stuff.

its all about supply and demand.
the pets sell for that much because people are willing to pay that much, not necessarily because they are truly worth that much. |

In CB they were worth like 5s? Just wait a bit XD I wouldn't throw that much silver away unless you had a lot to waste >_>

To me, it seems the pets are feeding off the person aka the host. Like a parasite.. interesting.

It's true though... pets sort of drop like flies in the Slime KQ. Never once was able to pick them up though which is what sucks. Then again I did have like 3 of those Mini Slimes from the GM event. But because I wanted the Honeying... when I saw it in the shop for 20s I just went right ahead and bought that. Then waited awhile to sell my less popular Mini Slime for the same price. :D
I remember that time in CB when I bought that Honeying for 2s... those were the days. I can't wait til Cash Shop... then I can get that Devil again! |
I shall make a fighter and enter the slime KQ over and over again to get a pet for the guild event. I'm not even in the guild but it sounds like a fun idea ^_^

I Have a Pet!!!!
And this probably needs to be moved to Spam mountain at this point, because it has lost it's General Question feel, and become more of a post about who wabts what pet and who has what pet, (please Mods). Okay, back to my pet. So I wheeled and dealed with this guy yesterday and ended up with a cute little purple slime. Now I just need a name for HER. So, who can come up with the best name for my cute little purple slime???? |
Take the P out of purple, and you get Urple!
