I seriously did make this in MS Paint. But....
 

I did it because I had nothing better too do. I dont know how too make
the table transparent, it may appear transparent, but you can clearly see it isent. I dont know how I should do with the font of my name....or anything. Maybe someone could finish it off for me? Possibly give me more feekback...(which really wouldent do much good, considering....I dont have photoshop :0) I want too try and making something half-way decent in MS Paint just too see how it turns out ^_^

If you are trying to do what I think you are trying to do...when you said you wanted the bg/table transparent...

It has to be saved as a .png

...and I would use green font (similar color to the skirts)at an angel in that open space on the top left...with maybe a quote to go along with your name? Just a suggestion though.

Whenever you create an image with a transparent background you click save as and save the style as .png instead of .jpg or something similar.

The problem with that is...I don't remember if you can create transparent backgrounds or not in paint. You can in Paint Shop Pro...but I don't know about regular MS paint. You can however save images as .png files.

I recommend you go to Gimp.com and/or Paint.net and download those free photo editing/paint programs. Those do so much more than MS Paint.

I just dowloaded GIMP and Paint.net recently...I really like them too. I'm still figuring out a lot of the controls on them though. Wont take much longer. XD

Haha, it took a longgggg long time. I still cant figure out how too make a transparent background T_T. Its frustrating.
