I believe they get more offensive skills at higher levels. But for as long as I've managed to get to, yes.

You waste your precious skill points and you will go cry in your corner.

Bash isn't useful until level 3 or 4, so don't bother getting it until your level lets you get those skills.. unless you're mega rich, of course. But if you're rich, I'd say you should just give me the money.
