Outspark is now just picking on me... to use 10 year old terms.
My forum account newbskillz was now banned WITHOUT reason ... the account had a lvl 8 on it ...
and was ONLY used for posting in the MARKET place where its only words were offer noted.. and bump =.=

Basically Player vs GM's. GM's always win unless some higher up in the company just happens to see that and wonder about it. I remember when I had dealing with a GM and our vent. I was threatened that I'd be banned and lol in the middle of grind party sent to jail..yep Outspark failed hardcore when they sent Break and Guntrix to another game or let them go...never quite understood what happened with them.

W/E as long as they don't ban the account im on now thats fine, cuz its not mine XD But yeuh if I get one more ban im done with fiesta altogetha xD

WHAT!?! Dude now I'm freaked out... if they ban me.. with my SC and my SC items and the money ive worked so hard to make and the lvls that I... lvled.. that took me over 1 year... OMG I WOULD DIE!

Try playing since OB, still having about 25k worth of SC items in my invetory, about 10k sc on my account and sc items activated..

I always found it odd that they ban people over 'nothing'. If someone has to questions why they had been banned then Outspark (or any other gaming company for that matter) should offer some sort of explanation. At least a "you have been banned for hackin" (example here)... and if it isn't the case they can ban appeal. Otherwise it's just... :rolleyes:

Eh, the appeal process for things like this can't exactly be unbiased. It's not like they're using third-party opinions.

Outspark's current state now is similar to an airborne 2-engine plane with one engine shot to hell. You can still fly it, but one wrong move... And here comes the freefall.

Outspark tries to hide everything that's negative about them. They ban, get rid of, players who questions them about their actions and might be a threat to them.
I don't know if I'll get banned for questioning them about the high risk Trojan Horse that was on the patch and game, I hope not, or if they do, that means it's like what I said above.

I found like 4 already o_o....I got rid of all 4 but took some time, and now I deleted Fiesta to prevent more coming.

Wait, you absolutely sure those came from the Fiesta patching system, and not someplace else? If yes, how'd you find out that it's the Fiesta patches?

and yes, i check my system on a regular basis by cross-referencing my own antivirus with the well-known Kaspersky.

Odd, I think I'd notice it DLing trojans...how did you determine it was doing so? What program detected it and are you sure it isn't a false positive?

xD I had a Trojan in my comp after the patch~ o.o rawr. Just didnthtink much of it cause Im weird. :3 GOt rid of it so i was happeh.


And Outspark staff abuses their powers in banning o.o honestly.



._. and Banning people for "account sharing" is absolutely idiotic. Its their choice to do it or not. Let them make the mistake of giving the info to the wrong person. T~T :ninja:

I did some network scanning on my internal network (What can I say, im a troll all around) And noticed that I had 4 backdoor ports open:

XHX, Taskman, BlueIce 2000 and Mstream.

Are those the same RAT's you found on your system?

Im currently running a TCP dump watching those ports specifically and so far ive parsed my older log files and found no traffic to those ports to date and all attempts to telnet onto the ports reveal no information unlike other rats, but however, better safe than sorry. Let me know via PM in detail about what you found and we can compare findings. This might not be an isolated incident and if Outspark is putting peoples personal data at risk then the public needs to know.
