I woke up to find my backyard buried in snow... I'm guessing a good 50 cm or so. I haven't seen this much snow since I was like 8 or 9 and the school was closed due to a snow day.

It also seems like there are approx. 5000 homes without lights atm. Luckily I'm not one of them... but that seriously sucks on Christmas eve. :/

I actually had a blackout for like 10 minutes... I thought it was weird that parts of where I live had it and we didn't. We're prone to getting blackouts... -sigh- I jinxed it when I wrote this...~

We've had one black out since I've been down here. We think it was from an accident though.
