You could try sending them an e-mail through support@outspark.com and explain the situation. :/

It's a bit rediculous though... for all they know I have siblings who use same
computer and could have done it. Why the heck would they ban my newbskillz acocunt when it was done on a different one like its just DUMB.

They have banned/jailed/etc for lesser reasons. It's not too big of a surprise.

Yeah it is dumb for outspark to base there ban on assumptions though
like its so easy to fake an ip adress, or i could have someone else share this comp with me. to link it to my account and perm ban is rash and stupid.

I find it weird how they don't even send you an email or explain why you've been banned.

Do games refuse to tell people the reason that they're banned? I know Outspark isn't the only one to give out a ban without providing a reason for it.
