Please do not post screenshots from a private server. They are, afterall, not legal. It's unfortunate that you had to meet such people but that's how people are like outside of FF. I think FF is the nicest community I have yet to come across.

Seriously, if you think that is bad you should try peeking at PvP based game forums. They are much, much worse than what you came across.

I have Just Post One thing on the forums About How i Like the Game and Dislike and after 30 min i get Inslut By these Ass hole In the forums and the worker Doesn’t Help like : Ok no More Makeing Fun, But he Just becase he say : You can give criticism yet you can’t take it.Nice. then after my post he Banned Me from the Game For No reasion, I think that Is Power Abuse In the Game. So I have Report him to the Admin about HIs Power Abuse and Hope someday i be back in the game or go back playing fiesta again.

I have no idea how you were like when giving 'criticism' but that's life and that's how things work on private servers. A majority of them are run by power hungry assholes so if you decide to play on private servers, keep that in mind.

There are a lot of them floating around, try others until you find one with a decent community.
