New abilities for mages?
everyone jott down some ideas for any new mage moves.
my addition would be = an illusion skill that allows u to create a doppelganger(didi i spell that right?) so that pvp guys think u dead but u can still attack them even if only for a few secs, it would also allow u to make aggresive mobs leave u in peace. |
In later lvls in different versions mages get quite a few nice spells.
Summoning monsters etc.... i like an aoe that thorns come out of the ground, roots entangle you and it does DoT |
Teleport please. You can't have a mage without teleport.

i figure its still a balanced spell because once your sp hits 0 your hits start getting dmg, it would be an emergency 30 sec buff that just buys you enough time to either get away or nuke somthing into oblivion |

Maple Story also has the mana shield skill that converts 80% of damage to MP damage. They can still go down pretty quickly though.

One class needs one that turns them invisible for a few seconds.

I would like a sort of vampire type spell, to siphon life. Mages take so much retarded damage and that would be a nice balance (and help with soloing). We can drain MP and not HP? Come on Outspark!
On a sidenote, the MP drain spell SHOULD take the drain amount of MP and added to the caster's MP. Then maybe I would actually use it. |
