Snow...

It snowed this morning. In south Louisiana. I think this is a portent of the world ending. The last time it snowed here this much I was about 25 years ago. Pics or it didn't happen, you say? If you insist:

will those little snowmans come to life?

Loveless 12-11-2008 10:07 AM

Lol @ Gimpy the Snowman

... at least it still hasn't snowed here... I'm hoping it'll hold out until I'm off school... nothing worse than riding the bus on a wet day.

Dynamics 12-11-2008 10:07 AM

i feel sorry for them if they do D:!!

Great pics by the way.

Blaaaaaaaah 12-11-2008 10:27 AM

LOL the first pic made me think the snowman was really big.. then I looked at the second picture...

Hessah 12-11-2008 10:27 AM

the first and 2nd pic is the same snowman?!?!?!?!

ohh those are coins! AHHAHA

Hraesvelg 12-11-2008 10:41 AM

LOL, yeah. If I had gloves, I might have made a big one. My fingers were hurting enough like it was, heh.

Lady-Loki 12-11-2008 12:21 PM

LOL, poor Gimpy looks bespectacled!

And I don't think the world is that close to the end yet - when I lived in Corpus Christi, Texas years (and years and years) ago it actually snowed there. Yep, Corpus Christi, TX - south TX - like, down there close to Mexico - snow, and enough that we made snowmean about twice the size of poor sweet looking bespectacled Gimpy.

it hasnt snowed in Louisiana in 2 or 3 years. i think that was on christmas day

Hraesvelg 12-11-2008 11:50 PM

It hasn't snowed (more than flurries) in 25 years in this part of Louisiana.

Esen 12-12-2008 06:45 PM

Gimpy the snowman makes me think of some muppet with a big nose. xD

I hope it never snows where I live since it logically should not. I think snow is nifty and all, but I can't handle the cold.

Phantom Badger 12-12-2008 06:59 PM

I just wonder what he used to sign the snow...

Hraesvelg 12-12-2008 09:56 PM

What does one traditionally sign the snow with?

I actually have one of those myself! Although I must say it's become oddly a nightbird. Genetic mutations at their worst.
