Gifting is now available in the Fiesta Store, allowing Fiesta players to give cool Fiesta premium items to their friends.

Gifting is easy. Players level 20 and higher can purchase an item from the Fiesta Store like normal, and choose to gift the item to a friend instead. Check out the Fiesta forums for all of the details.

Share the holiday spirit this season by gifting your favorite Fiesta items to your friends. Remember, it's better to give than to receive!

Wonder why they put that level limit in there.

I would think that you can. since if you log onto your account, but select a different server, your CS bag follows you.

only problem is... dont people get free sparkcash when they sign up? wouldnt that mean someone could just keep on creating accounts and tranfering the sc to their main? -_- that happend on another game i used to play...

Maybe to see how things go since they just implemented it. They probably don't want to have to allow unlimited and have a bug happen... only to have to deal with 2398249 reports.

It means that if someone gifts something to you, then you cannot turn around and gift the item that was given to you, to someone else.

You can buy that same item and gift it, but it cannot be the one that was given to you.

This is great! The once-a-week gifting limitation is a great way to stop people monopolizing in-game from gifting in my opinion.

Oh dont worry outspark will f*ck up soon. People will be selling CS items for Gold. (wait their alreadyign doing that)

And its only a atter of time before someone smuggles a KQ hammer outside the kq..... just like the GM quest items...

wow i never thought of the give me gold and I'll gift you something. But you would have to really trust the person cause what if you give the gift and they don't pay or the flip side of that.

Wasn't it somewhere in the ToS that you cannot trade in-game money for real life money (or its equivalents)? So if it is found that you did it... then both parties will face consequences along the lines of losing your account.

If you report a scam... you'd face the same consequences as the person who scammed probably.

From the TOS:

Offering or advertising the purchase or sale of any Virtual Assets from our Site is strictly prohibited and a direct violation of the Terms.

It doesn't specify if the "purchase or sale" is with real money or in-game currency, so it'll probably apply to both, since these TOS things tend to be worded to cover almost anything a company wants.
