No, you don't need an EXP boost card but they're promoting it.

And Ralath, I saw that too and was :zomg: I was almost tempted to reach for that 50% card but I resisted. I'll be happy if I can actually get a level from this boost... even half way will be fine.

I'll just 'help' people with their Nix license. >3

I thought exp boost cards were meant to boost quest reward exp too~

does that still happen? Or only cash shop boost cards get that? (i used the freebies from apprentice rewards and my quest reward didnt change.. boo LOL)
