Good transformation?

Well lately I've been addicted to changing how people look, so I was looking for pictures of really weird people to fix up :D

Before:

After:

So, was it a good transformation? ^^

Yea I know, the eyes look pretty fake, but it was the best I could do >.>

Ralath 11-03-2008 02:34 AM

Yes, because you got rid of the pimple. >_<

But the eyes look a little fake.

Hraesvelg 11-03-2008 02:35 AM

My reaction to the first one was "Uagh!" and the second was "Graagh!" so take that how you will.

Blaaaaaaaah 11-03-2008 02:36 AM

First one is scary O_O

Here's a tip for the eyes: burn/darken the top half of the eyeball. It is supposed to sit under the eyelid, hence a bit of a shadow. I was gonna try and demonstrate but the person looks to scary LMAO.

But good effort xD

Oh thx ^^ I've been watching so many videos and expiermenting :D I think I'm not so bad, but I have alot to learn :P

Kenryuu 11-03-2008 02:40 AM

good job Lessa *pats on back* you successfully gotten rid of the pimple ;P

Leesa 11-03-2008 02:43 AM

Lol :P This is what I did:

-Whiten teeth
-Change eyes (not a very good job)
-Fixed her pale skin
-Gotten rid of acne
-Gotten rid of uni-brow
-Darkened her hair

Took me a while but I think the results were awsome :D Even though she still isn't pretty, but I think no matter how good you are at photoshop, you can never make that girl sexy! XD

Loveless 11-03-2008 02:47 AM

Yup, aside from the eyes which looks like it's gonna pop out and smack you in the face it looks good.

For better results use a higher quality image. xD To fix complexion you can also use the blur tool as well as the healing brushes. To get an overall "soft" look make a duplicate add Gaussian Blur, change the blending mode to Overlay or Soft Light. :3

Thanks for advice :D! Obviously the blend modes do alot, but I still don't know how to use them completely ><

Loveless 11-03-2008 02:57 AM

The best way to learn is to use it and experiment. >3 Most of what I learned in Photoshop and the like is playing around with it as well.

Blaaaaaaaah 11-03-2008 03:02 AM

Yup. I tend to like to select the layer I wanna edit the blending mode of, and just scroll through the blending modes to see their effects quickly (you can do this by selecting the layer, then select "Normal" next to layer mode [or whatever mode you have it on] and press the down/up arrow).

Leesa 11-03-2008 03:23 AM

Yea thats wat i should do :P Grrr I gotta get the full version, my trial ends in a few days ._.

Hessah 11-03-2008 03:32 AM

Hraesvelg 11-03-2008 03:40 AM

Maybe I was just paying close attention... coz... i deliberately looked for differences to see wat you've done... (it was like a spot the difference game!)
