FF is always dead on weekends.
Fo realz.
|
Definitely I've noticed Hessah isn't as active on weekends so MoS feels pretty dead since I see her posting alot here.
|
Since a lot(?) of the FF'ers are also in Australia and they're entering summer so... most are out and about? And for me it's winter... which sucks. *0*
-hates the cold- |
No kidding its 33 here today and we are not even in the middle of October yet.
I hate living in Adelaide ._. Excluding Darwin, Adelaide is the 2nd hottest capital city in Australia after Perth But I spend all my time indoors I haven't been to the beach since last year when I decided to walk my dog on the jetty. So I'll be lurking here and posting all summer long. |
basically, weekend I have access to fiesta, so i dont have much time posting on FF XD
it's not nothing to do with summer / winter to me, coz i dont actually like the beach or swimming for that matter... LOL |
Most people go out and do stuffs..you know..like with their life? Go clubbin..get drunk..havin a good time before monday morning LOL
|
I still dont have a job yet so I don't have to worry at all about weekdays.
But my advice to the people who have jobs. It may seem good to get paid and not have a job but it sucks because boredom will set in fast as there is only so much you can do on the internet. Only thing I can do right now is watch the Formula 1 Grand Prix Japanese race that starts in 2 hours and either watch stuff on Youtube or get another Arcade High Score. |

waiting till after summer is just an excuse... there's never a "best time to look for work" and there's never "i'll definitely find a job after this" Looking for work isnt easy, and hell it takes a lot of time... a lot of effort, a lot of disappointment with all the rejection letter... but eventually you'll find one, and this "eventually" will come later, the later you start... most employers don't look at the marks you get at school, they rather people with enthusiasm... even if you're stuck at finding a job, try find some volunteer work to do... any extra curriculum on your CV will make you look good.. i went door knocking for a day for Red Shield Appeal... it could lead up to other oppurtunities |
Lol it's almost summer for you guys?
Wow that would be weird to be like Sommer in December! Oo. |

Oh but it makes sense that we dream about a white christmas, since we can't actually have it here!! xDD

we don't get snow =[ only in specific out-of-the-way areas |
It doesn't snow in Florida.. -sniffles-
Damn you equator. Go the north pole or something! Go heat up polar bears! |
^ I think they're being heated up enough as it is.
It doesn't snow where I live either. And the only time I can go to the place where it does snow in India, is in Summer. And that's when it doesn't snow. Boo. |
We only get snow in the mountains. :/

But Northen Territory overall has the highest average temperatures in Australia with Oodnadatta in South Australia taking the honours as recording the hottest temperature recorded in Australia with 50.7 degrees |
I forgot America is the only place that still uses Fahrenheit. >o>
|
thats true... i was thinking Darwin is probably over 40 every day in summer and around high 20s 30ish in winter =/
i didnt realise adelaide is that hot considering its located down south... but i guess Melb is located down south and they can get hotter than us in sydney |
