D.a.r.e.boy need to come back

i wont d.a.r.e.boy[ray] to come back cause i said so i tell him at school ever day to come back to fiesta and he just says no play "pw"[perfect world]
but i tell him fiesta is more fun and has a user friendly people but he just doesnt wont to come back i need more reasons for him to come back come on ppl give me ideas
