if i just typed "HAHAHAH!" fiestafan will automatically anti-cap me and it'll come out "Hahahah!"

they uncap your title / post.. if its all typed in capitals only

And if you type anticap next to it, it doesn't come out uncapped?

then type it again.. but with some un-capped words after it

You don't have to type anticap. As long as there is a letter that's not in uppercase, it will not change the cases.
