Quest Beginner Title
 

Technically, you need to submit 11 quests for this title. (Since we can now hold 20 quests, it's no longer necessary to say we need to hand in 10 + 1 quest.)

Also, all quest submitted must be on the same map. (EDIT: All rewarding NPC must be on the same map.)
And repeatable quest ARE counted.

Note that several quests are repeatable, and they were still counted.

So on that basis, I'm going to go and update Wiki.

if your like me and you like to do all your quests before you had them in, at like lvl 15 or around there you should get that title

LOL Yeah, I was gonna ask for permission before changing it.. since it's been there for so long, someone else might hv other proof...

but after i typed it all up, i thought my proof was much more solid so i decided to go ahead and update it altogether. Also, it gives people a reason to why i'm changing it.. and not just because "i think this is the case"...

Back on topic.

Repeatable Quests? Can they be repeated during the Title? That would be something that would need testing. I think what it was supposed to be is no quests can be repeated. Must be 11 Different Quests and NPCs all on the same map.

In order to repeat a quest, you most likely have to step out of the map to redo the quest, which will break the Title rule.

Unless.. you hand in that herb quest at level 25 11 times... If I have a lot of time one day, i'll try that LOL!!

But it was originally rumoured that you cannot include a repeatable quest in your 11 quests.

Since the limit for the quest list was originally at 10 for a long time and one would have to somehow get an 11th, this probably led to the belief that repeatable quests cannot be included (poor folks handed in a list full of quests and conclude: no title! blame that one repeatable quest!)

LOL!! yeah... i think also they must have switched maps.. which also resulted in ZOMG no TITLES!

I just figured it was that you could not do the same quest twice. If you did the Herb one 11 times you would get nothing, if you did 9+2 herb ones no title, but 10+1 herb and you got the title. I'll check it out when I get another character up to 25 for that quest. I can farm herbs for a few days and get a few stacks of each types for it.

But at current rate on my twinks it will probally be a while, lol.

all my low level characters got the title... so.. i guess i cant really test it out.. unless i start another character on another server...

I've tried with multiple repeat quests and I've come to the same conclusion as him.

I would say if it has been proven then yes. But the question is Ralath your comment makes me think you tried it but what quests did you use? Was all NPCs on the same map? How many times did you repeat the same quest?

My guess would be the way the game works is it makes a list of Quests you complete and once on the list it can not be readded to the list. But if the Quest is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 then you can do them all and get credit. So the Herb one can be 1 and 2 but after the second one you can not repeat due to the same Quest Name.

Then I would consider it proven

1) Complete 11 Quests
2) All NPCs must be in the same zone
3) Can not complete any quest more then once

you cannot go out of the map and come back....

did you make sure you didn't complete them within an hour ?

I don't think the hour thing is accurate.

If it is true, the hour thing is when the quests were turned in, NOT when they were completed.

so is it like 100% verified already? Because I wanna get that title so much , it's the most desired title for me >< , so can I just start 3 quests and complete them then go level some and start and complete until I have about 11 quests completed and submit them all? It should work right?

Yes, just make sure the rewarding NPCs are in the same map and make sure you do not log off in between handing in the quest. Don't hand 5 quest in and relog and hand in the other 6 quests. Must all be in one go without relogging.

Edit: Not sure about clicking, I'd say just don't click anything just in case like Ralath said.

Clicking those circles doesnt make a difference... I've tried it...

It doesn't matter when you completed your quest, it only matters when you hand in your quest..

I had 5-6 completed quest sitting in my quest list for 2 weeks without handing them in...

so i didnt complete them within an hr, but i did hand them in within 15 mins or so... does that make sense?

So I can do 11 quests, log off and turn them in later, and still get the title?

Maybe just to make sure you hand them in within some time limit...?

XD not sure i never tried not relogging... so that aspect hasnt been tested yet...
