[Video] FF's Robo KQ!!
 

I made a video on FF's Robo KQ that's been talked all over FiestaFan! Unfortunately, because we were stuck in our own rooms, I didn't managed to fraps much of the other parties, though you do get to see them towards the second half of the video!

Thanks EnEn!! LOL @ you not figuring out why I'm healing. And yeah. I kinda had to restart my computer and make sure I don't run anything but Fiesta after I rebooted to get it smooth like that.

Wow, everyone should try to establish that as the new way to do Robo! Maybe then Robo will have a better success rate...

Yeah! I think that's the most amazing part of that KQ... how did everyone handle all the fire vivis /archers AND all the Robo spawns AND killed Robo in about 1 minute *O*

(i dont even recall the imps and mushrooms spawning from Robo, i think they were dead as soon as they were spawned XD)

I died when all the boars spawned, i think alan revived me.. and by the time i'm up and running (which is like 15 sec later).. everyone was already grouped together at robo (no one was running.. i dont think) and fighters devestating all the mobs, all the mage AOE the hell out of it...

I dunno when/how all the original group of fire vivis die... everyone must hv been really all out to do dmg and killed pretty much everything at record time...

It may also be because the first part went so smoothly everyone was all pumped up and positive we could fisnish the KQ. Optimism ftw. :uhoh:

Yeah actually, there was one fighter in my party that was not terribly coorperative... he didnt believe that we should wait outside our room after the zombies.. and god knows where he went.. but when things spawned, he wasnt around.. which was probably how me and my cleric died...

but none-the-less... i was so glad the last party was pro too... i think they handled the kebings and skeleton after the long wait all by themselves which was really impressive for a group that wasnt expecting it XD

I have no clue actually! All I remembered doing was aoe-ing like mad and shooting the zombies that kept chasing after a.L. Like Hessah said, I think everyone was so pumped up with the damage that we didn't have much trouble.

I've got some pretty awesome video of Honeying KQ... coz its a lot more action packed than Robo LOL

I think we did really well with Honeying with only 8 of us!

Update!

I just joined a KQ with only 12 people. I went in, and after things kind of settled (about the grave wolves spawn), I asked if anyone wants to split the group and go north/south (I didn't dare try for 3 different parties in 3 different rooms as it would be harder to coordinate myself).

At first, I got a big fat "no". But, mulan_mo, a cleric in my party, was very nice and said "sure". After I confirmed that she was sure, I took her up to the north room and asked one party to come up too (there were only 3 in my party - me, mulan_mo, and Beatrix).

Beatrix didn't come up at first, so there were only two of us. But! Two other people VIJAY_KURUVI and Gishin joined us! We told them to join up parties with us, and Beatrix also arrived after that.

Anyway, at first I was a bit worried because BOTH east and west mobs went to our room so we had to take on 3 room's worth of mobs (I was extremely worried for the Skeleton Knights bit. I didn't want this plan to fail but I wasn't sure how we'd handle 3 rooms of SK!!). Thankfully, the mobs slowly evened out and we didn't have to take on full 3 rooms.

It seemed to go well, some people seemed to like the plan of it because it was less stressful for them.

After the zombies, I tried suggesting spreading out for the last spawns, but I got ignored. =[ Ah well, I wasn't really sure how we'd go with that when we only have 12 people, anyway.

I did try go up to the north, but ah, my T3 scrolls can't really save me with two lots of boars and some skeletons on me. xD!!!

We ran it out in the end and we succeeded the Robo with 12 people (I believe some people had to spawn out too because they lost their hearts =[). Anyways, I'm happy! It's an improvement.

I also shamelessly advertised this thread, not sure if anyone read what I said though.

heh i just showed that video to all of my 7x and 8x friends who have lvl33-45 alts xD we're planning on trying this method out :3 once we get to it that is xD

I've done this with random people two more times and it kinda worked out. I took my party to the north but the other 3 parties always refused to split up.

I know Hessah did a much better attempt because more people were willing to try it (boo I bumped into skeptical people who said this method was fail!).

I also kept bumping up the official thread in hope that more people will see it.

So keep spreading the word (and bump the official thread with some "meaningful" posts if you can!!)

Trying... to spread the words to Epithnubs.

Really, why are people so block-headed. :goaway: No one listens in the KQ... and I said this somewhere else but playing a Cleric doesn't allow me the leisure of explaining. I did have a successful KQ the old way but I had a party of squishies...

One day.. I'll level up on Epith just to do help you with that.. one day..!
