Shoulder Pets? What are they?

And how do you get them?

They're the little mini versions of monsters that ride on a player's shoulder. I believe they raise some stats too. And I think you can only get them during special events like treasure hunt.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Every once in a while there's a treasure hunt event. Apparently everything can be a treasure, and there is one golden treasure and when you find that you will be given a very special item.

They can be obtained from any Treasure Chest. It does not necessarily have to be an event, as sometimes Treasure Chests appear randomly.

So far, the only known pets give +1 to all stats. There are other pets that will be cash items that will give +3, +5, etc.

in CB2 i had a pet that was +3 to all stats.

did u screen shot the tresure box before u opened it? keke I wanna see wat my 3rd eye should look out for hahah

I've found a total of 7 Treasure chests in OB including 3 in one day. Only one of them had a pet. I believe they are easier to find in dungeons because those are the least populated maps.

Back on topic: I was lucky enough to find my pet from a treasure chest hidden in a corner while doing the baby bat quest in Burning Hill. =D

someone said these tresure boxes are spawn by GM... is that true? or are they randomly spawn as part of the game thing?

They randomly spawn by themselves in maps. They can also be spawned by GMs, by the truckload.

been training in sea of greed for so long..didnt even see one treasure chest..
