A canker sore is if you see a picture of it, looks like a hole in the mouth. This usually happens if you bite your lip or cheek.

You can also get it from the foaming agent in toothpaste (sodium lauryl sulfate or SLS)

Few remedies I have heard.

Drinking Lemon Juice.

Rinsing with Salt Water.

Rinsing with mouthwash.

Put Maalox mixed with one-half tablespoon of liquid diphenhydramine (Benadryl) on the sore.

I've had them before, but don't get them as often as two of my brothers. Sec gets them and my brother in Florida gets them a lot o:

I get them when I'm sick and the same goes for my oldest brother.

Umm. My dad hardly got them before meeting my mom xD! My mom has always had problems with canker sores o: The brother in Florida that lives with my mom, suffers when he gets them. He gets 3-4 at a time and.. its just bad D:

My dad used gets them a lot too.. i get then occassionally... usually when i have too much fried food... or bite myself by accident..

But ever since my dad used mouthwash daily... he's hardly got them...

We've actually got these chinese powder thing that we can put on our ulcer and if we do it early (before it gets big and sore) we can actually stop it from growing big...

watever u do... DONT brush it with ur toothbrush
