I fixed my internet, I found out my neighbor's friend(7 of my neighbor's friend) moved in to his house for a few days, now they moved out and they are all using my internet, so 7 people trying to use my internet at the same time, making me, unable to use it :/. But they left, so my internet is back

Hmm u should be able to log into your router and add a password...

What brand is your router? Look up their website for support section?

There's also the whole "you're responsible for your IP" deal. If they download some sort of illegal material (music, movies, child porn), you'll be the one called in to court. And try proving THAT one to a judge with a limited understanding of how the technology works.

My neighbor said they just played some online games together so I trust them and I just got my brother to set up a password, so I am safe now

Eh..I think he figured out that his friends werent using HIS internet, they were using my, so he admitted & apologized
