After skimming down all the requests received via PM, I have narrowed my choice to three members. These three members will be the first batch of Global Moderators for FiestaFan! And they are none other than..

Rightclaw, fullback1719 and NavMan

Please welcome and congratulate your new moderators. They will be appointed to their corresponding positions shortly.

To those who applied, thank you so much for submitting your resumes. I had a great but hard time in reading through the applications and selecting the three mods.

Watch out for future openings once FiestaFan becomes a bigger community!

Im just saying that people that DIDNT get accepted should have gotten one saying WHY they didnt chosen in a more thorough way than what Keetos says in the start of this post.

It isn't like he is ganna go one by one and reply why.

He could just type an explanation once and copy-paste it into each PM or he could type everyones name that didnt get accepted into the recipients box at the top of the PM page.

At least one bot will get by. The only thing really thats in their way is that picture with the text in it.

There should be a question anti-bot, but i guess i will save that to sugestions section.

Sorry guys I was unable send each and everyone a PM. I got around 20+ applications and it would not be a simple task to respond to everyone. Additionally, if I send everyone the same message that would be really generic and I don't want to sound like that.

Heh, thanks Niion~~, but keep in mind Keetos has made countless forums and is probably the most experienced in choosing the most suitable moderators than the majority of us here. Besides, -cougheven thoughIdidapplycough-, I realise that I lack the computer knowledge to manage the vBulletin forums and I'm not even sure if I will definitely play enough in open beta to be one the most informed people anyway. Dx

I am sure the three chosen would make a much better moderator than me in the future. =]

I understand your concerns. A community vote would be great. However, I usually handpick the mod selection for the first batch. The next one will be a voting closed to mods and admins. Then after that it would be through public elections.

I have a strong belief in my initial selection and I'm sure they'll do a great job. There is a lot of room for improvement. Blah would have been a great choice but she did notice me of some uncertainties, as mentioned above. I would have chosen her otherwise.
