Hmm, my sister has Rock Band 1...are the instruments going to be compatable? Rocking out to Aqualung on guitar will be awesome. And I love the vocals on Livin' on a Prayer. That's one I regularly karaoke at bars.

Edit: Rock'n Me, Shootin' Star, Ramblin' Man are also some good tunes. I'll probably guiltily sing "You Oughta Know" by Alanis when no one is around, heh. Her angst anthems came along during my own angst period. Jagged Little Pill was my first album purchase. Good times.

I also love me some Kansas. Great licks on Carry on Wayward Son.

Also I think the old stuff is compatable, but the new instruments are like +9 instruments.

The drums are pressure sensitive, so the harder you smack them, the louder the musik comes out.~

Cool! But I betcha people will want to be so loud that they break the drums...

let's see GHWT will come out first for the wii. then i can decide on what to do about rockband 2 when i find out if all the ghwt instruments work for it. the drums probably won't since the wt ones have symbols. hmm, if it's coming around christmas maybe i cna try to get the game itself and drums for christmas. hopefully the GH3 and GHWT guitars both work for RB2

That's exhausting just looking at it. I'm decent at medium guitar, and that's good enough for me. Of course, I just like to drink beer and jump off of tables during the solos, so, yeah. If were going to put that much dedication into getting this good, I'd actually play for a living.

Lol music comes easy to me I guess, but I think playing my Cello influenced how I play the guitar...

Although something I have to say sucks about the drum kit we got is that from hitting so much bass pedal, I've actually cracked the plastic where my heel lands. D<

I play trombone (over a decade under my belt) and I'm a novice at bagpipes...guess they really don't translate over to that style of gameplay, heh.

i play the clarinet irl but i've gotten pretty good with guitar in rockband and gh
