I hate this chat system. I keep missing whisper messages because I'm in guild/party talk, or I'm not paying attention, making people think I'm ignoring them. T___________T"

I want private chat boxes! Gaaaaaah~~

I know how you feel.. I had someone trying to ask me questions about her jobchange quest.. and I didn't see them.

Yeah. And sometimes when I'm having conversations in guild, party and whisper chat, I lose track of who I was talking to (especially when I'm grinding since I have to pay attention to people's health ><) I forget to check the whispers tab. T.T" Then I click the tab to find a whole lot of messages that I didn't see but they're usually offline when I read them. ><"!

I hate it when you click into the wrong chatbox and reply to someone in another chatbox. That can get embarassing.

OMG AGREED. I always do that! I get /p and /g mixed up. Oh and when you're whispering to more than one person at a time is a pain as well! Once my sister started whispering me, and I was like "you're talking to the wrong person" but I said that to another person and I was like WOOPS.

I hate that too >_<;;;; that happens to me alot. Wish there were a better chat system, but most game chat systems are like that.

Really? I haven't played a lot of mmorpgs but most of the other games have private chat boxes. :x

On the ones I've played, they've been like that. They should make one of the chat boxes like AIM triton.. tabs.

I think Maple Story had a decent chat system..

With MapleStory you'd just press Tab to move between chat modes. It was great. They should have something like that implemented, it'd make chatting so much more user friendly. Having to constantly click those tabs is frustrating.

I know what you mean blaaah. I've had a few people accusing me of ignoring them when I've just been in guild or party chat and missed stuff they said to me in whispers or normal chat.

I can miss up to 2-3 hours of whispers at a time because of this since i always forget to switch back to normal chat. I end up replying 1-2 hours too late when they've gone afk or logged :o

yeah.. would be good to hv chat box.. then we dun hv the problem of not knowing who said wat in whisper.. (since its all in the name of the person you're whispering to.. regardless of who said it...)

I guess supposingly there shouldnt be a problem of knowing who said what... but its still not very clear... or just have

Yeah, the whole way whisper is set up is lame.

Also, you do know you can change the filters for each chat tab, right? o.o So you can fix it so you can see whispers in all of them.

What I find annoying is Fiesta doesn't memorise my window settings when I log off, so I have to rearrange them all the time. x_x

My sister has that too. Since her comp stuffs up all the time, she has to keep resetting it into Windows mode.

To keep it in windowed mode, you gotta set it in windowed mode, then exit normally. Next time you start it should automatically be in W-mode.

I meant the actual windows in game (Quest, Inventory, etc.)

yeah if i log out properly then it leaves it in window mode... and all the graphics setting and sound settings are saved if u log out properly...

but i wont hv a problem for much longer! i'm just about to throw my stupid computer out the window!

Yer, make sure Dynanub is standing outside the window or wherever the computer is going to land. ;D It's like killing two birds with one stone!
