New Bugs?
 

It's understandable that with any patch of this size that small bugs occur.


Some are just plain irritating :smarty:


-I personally don't like the new 'ding'ing sound you get when you walk into inaccessible territory. Annoying as heck and not really necessary. Especially don't like the bug you may get where the ringing persists when you have your inventory window open. Oh, try having a NPC skill-shop window and your inventory open at the same time.


Also happens when you bump into terrain. Kinda reminded of a Pinball, ya' know, hit the sides and make a noise? Try going up the Uruga path from where all the pixies and archons are.


-I HATE the new whisper bug. Makes conventional whispers impossible. If you have a long first message, the 'remnants' of the old message will place themselves over the new message.

eg:-

original message- "Hello."
next message - "Hillo." (Hi)


bug seems to disappear though if you use /r instead of /w. Problem is, it makes talking to numerous people difficult.

Your character aged several decades? I found the ding a little annoying too... but fixes will probably come in next week after everyone reports them. And I can be pretty sure that the 'ding' will be gone very, very soon.

Lol, looks like someone messed with whisper instances in the code.

The hair might not be a new bug?

Oh, give me that hair bug, please.

Someone tell me that I'm not just seeing a next or accept quest option and not that it's actually not there. T_T

that quest was bugged when I was lvl 49.. then they fixed it (i did it with a.L just 2 days ago)

now its bugged again!!!!!

Press Quest list and pick the lvl 49 quest.

*never reached lvl 49 before*

Quest list is only there because I haven't turned in my blue harken skin one yet.

zooming in still doesnt bring the next button up...... boooooo

Maybe you should try clicking 3 times fast and see if the button shows up or the quest is magically fixed.

Anyone know if the lvl 59 quest u get from healer avon is bugged?

Lol@lvra's glitch. I thought you were going crazy yesterday, you kept repeating the same thing xD.

The only bug that bugs me so far is something I don't even know if it is a bug or not. My launcher keeps randomly crashing D: It crashed 5 times yesterday.

The glitch is really weird...

I think it took the whisper of someone else..

yesterday i was whispering Lizzie.. and i said

/w A_Forever about what?

what came out:

(or something like that..)

Sking was never in my conversation.. yet somehow it came out of my sentence O_o

You can counter-act it if you can make the new message as long/longer than the previous one.

Once I switched over to the actual whisper box it seemed to fix it. It was only when using /w that I was having problems.

The repeatable Lips quest at level 49 is bugged >_>

nope, its still there, its not acting up as much though, my characters will randomly run off in a dif direction im running, that damn /w bug pisses me off :err::sigh::hulksmash::hulksmash:

Seriously it's only using /w in chat that messes it up.

Staying in whisper tab, or using /r gets rid of all that.

Ahh that happened to me too! got help to get my lvl 25 to uruga to vend.. and one day after vending, i closed the shop and my character was "running" on the spot... i couldnt click to move.. then after a little while, i found myself on the corner of the map..

relog and ended up in roumen T_T

Even though /r fixes it, it's hard when you are whispering more than one person, and want to keep an eye on guild/party chat.

The whisper glitch is annoying. I usually use /r, but people keep using /w to me. xP Plus, now I have to tab over when I'm whispering more than one person.

But then I can't keep an eye on guild/party chat which are muy important as well D:

And with /r-ing there's a chance of /r-ing the wrong person. Something Areli does quite often lmao

Have they even fixed the character animation bugs?

Unless, of course, it's their intention to keep them that way, but they looked odd to me the last time I played.

Probably intended to keep that way, though the only animation I still haven't got used to is fighter's mock. I keep raging and thinking "why won't these fighters mock?!?!!" when I realise that the new animation makes it barely visible in the mess.

The new life tap animation is awful.

Well mages and archers look funny casting Lightning spells and Bleed attacks respectively.

Well, it's not necessarily new. Life Tap, Dispel, Lightning Blast, and Lightning Bolt all need to have their animations fixed. That whisper bug is really annoying too but I totally want the hair bug. It looks awesome. O:

The animations are meant to stay (but the effects are backwards so it makes it look odd). I think from seeing the other version... the Archer's skill animations are the only ones not right (bleed, poison shots). And seriously we all know you can't run and shoot mutiple arrows.
