What class do you like duo with?
 

I love to duo mages since they can kill a bunch of people... Although, it's hard keeping them alive sometimes...

Remember this is for clerics only...

As a cleric I like to duo with a mage. But, I hardly ever duo.

As a mage I like to duo with a cleric. But, I hardly ever duo.

I solo my fighter and archer, because I only play them when no one else is on.

As a cleric I usually duo with a Fighter or mage

As a mage I usually duo with a cleric

As a fighter I usually duo with a cleric

As an archer I usually duo with a Fighter

Responding about *just* my cleric ;) (little ms. rule-breaker)

Before whatever lvl archers get that awesome run-kite-poison-aoe (lvl51?) I would party with a mage...however after that magic-archer-level....well I've had two really good duo parties with 5x archers and ...just...wow. I got way more kills and exp in both Abyss and CP.

Tho I used more HP stones/pots because I had to heal myself more often coz i couldnt just stand still by the archer while he AOEd (because they were kiting)

Depends on the map.

If its a battlefield like Relic of Abyss I go with a mage since it makes getting EXP so much faster with Frost Nova. Pulling the entire spade room is fun then blasting them all away with Frost Nova and Inferno.

If its a dungeon like Trumpy Remains I much prefer a Pure STR Build Fighter over anything else. I hate END Build fighters with a burning passion in duos so so slow.

If I am a cleric, I would pt with a mage
you just stand there and heal the mage while the mage aoe nonstop, you dont have to worry about taking away mage's aggro or mage kiting(if they do it at all for aoe o_o)

troo, but any mobs two clerics would duo where they would need *that* much protection, they would be grinding so slooooow...at elast compared to a cleric/mage, cleric/archer duo...tone down the mobs a bit and killing them much faster usually yields more experience...

unless we are talking about a duo in South Padre Island for spring break...then you'd need as much protection as you could bring ...ew...

As for the whole OP a strength fighter early on but as the mage and archer get their good stuff kills are faster with them but they are harder to keep alive. They are so cute and squishy :laugh:

There are fighters that ask me to duo o.O whenever I'm grinding, so I happen to be duoing with them a lot. They have good def as well as dmg so it's comfortable and nice, also since they can mock etc, it's quite safe too. To get more exp however, I think it's better to duo with mages or archers. It's faster with mages but as already said, keeping them alive is pretty hard xD

I'm just curious...has anyone done the math? After Archers get aoe poison, is it "faster" to kill with Mages or Archers?

I was duo-ing with my archer friend the other day on weakened/orgres and harkans. She used aoe poison, and it took pretty a long time. Maybe it was because she preferred to be running while they were poisoned. When I did a duo with a mage two days ago, it took less time to kill harkans and orgres, or so it seemed.

If someone's willing to go and check this to make sure or something, then go ahead...I'm not bothered, really.

Mage, both of us killing separately. Mages are fragile, so it's fun having to protect them!

when mages turns into enchanters...they kill faster than archers...

archers are better than mages on level 1 - 59 only...(based on killing mobs)

I like to party with anyone who can kill efficiently.
I love partying in the abyss as well, ur not alone and the exp and drops are great but i hardly find anyone good to aoe with=/ I'm probably going to go back to reg mobs and just 1v1 there.

I like to duo with a 2h wielding pure str or pure spr build fighter.

They do decent dps, but they have enough def and hp that they don't need constant heal spam to keep alive.

i prefer duoing with a fighter. its easy to keep them alive, and they can mock the mobs that get ticked off at me lol. but i party with anyone.mostly higher lvl ppl since my heals are still helpful to them.

I love duoing with archers! They do great damage, and they can return the monsters' to me using NP unlike mages, so I can stay tanking.

As a cleric i' love to due witha mage and vice versa..

if you have the right mage it's really cool to watch them clean a room out

Really you think it's hard to heal them sometimes? huh. i haven't had that problem..

I run around in DoA with my mobs bursting and gathering more monsters.. the mobs are usually all at half health before I stop and nova. I don't make my cleric run with me though i can stay alive on my own while bursting.

since im a cleric i only pt with pwnage mage mikey
because we are a perfect team ^.^ and i only pt
with mages 60+

Although I like to party with mages when I'm a cleric, somehow I end up only with other clerics >.<
