also i would like to know who can make siggy's i would be interested in one :D if possible

You can try Loveless' siggie shop thread (make sure you read the requirements before asking for one!) or you can make a thread in Signatures and Avatars and request for one. Most people would like you to provide the specifics like theme, pictures for the signature, colour, text etc.
