Names like that pwn, in my opinion. xDDD If I'm ever rich enough to make my own guild, I'd give it a really random name as well! =P

Some can be funny i'll admit, but others are just way out there.

Not bad :) I'm slowly tackling the task, i should be at about 50 silver set aside by the end of the evening.

Altough the old members haven't really stepped up to help, some new ones are talking of helping out.

It sucks having to sacrifice so much to save! But i'm motivated to get the guild built!!

I think it would be a good motivator in the guild creation direction if the GMs decided to make an option for KQ to be guild run. I'm not saying if you're in a guild you should be able to run it whenever the heck you want, but I think it'd be good measure to have separate servers for bi-hourly KQ GUILD runs. And you can queue up as a guild so that you know who will be with you if you get into that server's KQ. FTW.

I don't have a guild yet, and don't know how easy I'll find one, but it'd be nice to be able to stop asking my noob/embarassing questions in /s because I'd have some guildies to ask opinions :)

That would be freaking sweet. Hopefully we'll see something like that.

Finding one shouldn't be hard once guilds start becoming well established, now getting into a good one? that can be hard :rolleyes:

There's a bunch of guilds that will recruit any person once they're a certain level, and some i think will take just about anyone. But yea, I love combined source of knowledge aspect of a guild too. Not to mention being able to comfortably ask people you know for help with game stuff.

Like i've mentioned before, our guild will never be actively recruiting, rather bringing in good personalities (mesh well with the rest) or exceptional players (gotta hav. personality too though) but get to know some of the members, or myself around the game :o Once it's up we could probably bring you in.

I'm going to get to full list of members updated when i'm home.

:) we're not 'Recruiting' but we're currently accepting members based on how interview with several members goes :p

We are however, due to recent events, we are needing that you are close to lvl 30, preferred if 35+

Also, the guild will no longer be taking Clerics.

Okay, wont take long for me to get 35+, only played for a few days and im 26. When you guys start usuing ventrilo or teamspeak id love to join, all the ts and vent servers i go into are people who dont play Teva.

Well i brought up the subject once, seems majority of the guild are not fans of audio chat, but I for one like it, and i know 2-3 in guild who do.. so we'll see what we can do ^^.

Recruitment guidelines added to the thread~
 

Recruitment guidelines
• A player will only be admitted under these guidelines. No exceptions
• To be considered for guild membership, a player must be very highly recommended by a current member.
• Once a guild member has recommend a player, current guild members will need to vote (yes or no will suffice!)
• The recommending member is responsible to keep track of the votes.
• Guild members are not required to interview/screen potential members, but have the right to if they choose to before they vote.
• Even though interview is not required, guild members must vote.
• You can base your vote on whatever you want (player's lvl, personality, personal experience with the player) It's your vote, you decide how much you want it to weigh!
• " No " votes must be justifed. (i.e the member has been seen acting abnoxiously, is rude, plays his job horribly! etc...)
• " No " vote reasons will open up for discussion, if something can be resolved, or reasons explained, we will continue to consider the member.
• When & if the recommending guild member has obtained a " Yes " vote from every member, the player will be welcomed into the guild.
• If a member is brought in without full guild approval (i.e the recommending member made up yes votes to rush the process) it will be up that guild member's responsibility to explain to the player why he/she has been removed from the guild. (Please don't make me do that =\, follow the guidelines)
• Only one member will be up for consideration at any given time.
• These guidelines are not set in stone. And will always be under review.
• Lastly I know this is process might seem long and tedious, but will help maintain a static membership, the guild more exclusive, and everyone happy. Recruiting is not our priority!. Quality over Qty ftw.. Thanks for understanding this~

Hello! I'm sorry I didn't respond to this earlier. I was busy at the end of last week and on the weekend. It's an honor to be extended an invitation, and I will gladly accept if you are still recruiting and have space!

My only concern is that my personal life is about to change drastically (married/moving/new job) and I'm not sure how long it will take for me to get settled in and how much I will be able to play after that. I play most nights as it is now, but I will probably be more casual soon.

But I'm still always curious about the game and trying to figure out the best strategies and whatnot. I don't think that would change even if I were to become more casual. But I will understand if you want to withdraw the invitation for more avid players. It was nice of you to offer either way!!

Ps- It looks like you guys are only recruiting 30-35+ now and I'm only 25, so don't worry about it. I didn't really read all the new requirements before responding =)

Hi Lilly :) well i do wish you would've gotten back to me ALOT sooner :3 this might be a little less troublesome and i could've brought you right in.

There's never been a set in stone level requirement thought the requirements are a little higher(and i don't mean by level) you still have my recommendation. Sounds like you have several things going on at the moment, and well we all though, having a life to take care of would definitely NOT disqualify you from joining us.

But like i've said it takes a bit longer now. Today is the 3rd day one of our members has been working on KevinKas' trying to join the guild, so it's a bit of a process :)

Rather than removing an invitation, I'm replacing with a high recommendation. If you have a chance to read through the main thread, it explains it
