My old school starts early... Because like 25% of the kids go to Mexico during January, and the district wanted them to stay in school the maximum possible number of days... So we had a crappy summer like you, then a monster winter. xP

Not no more! -hugs new school- I start Sept 7/8 or 15th! 3-4 weeks after my sister. HAHAHAHAHA.

Huntsville Alabama~ Huntsville City Schools found this new "the earlier you start school, the better the education level goes up" Theory! Its already high enough~ We start earlier and earlier as the years go by DX

Yeah we fucked up.... A group of us basiaclly didny go to school the first 3-4
months. I failed 3 classes in return? I learnt from my mistake atleast. And atleASt i learnt quick.

sept flowersss yea im going to be in 3 grds this year lols
grd 9,10,11 but like mikey started going to class then like
1 month later i started to go lol english all i have to do is
do one project then they bump me up to grd 10 english and
s,s i do 2 projects then i go up to grd 11 and math is grd 11 were
it should be lol and sicence im a fck up and droped it so im in grd
9 sicence again

I feel your pain, Flowerssss. I go back on August 15th. Registration is Friday. I do love to learn though.... so I guess it's not a total tragedy.

I know Arizona starts mid-late august...at least some of the schools do.

but doesn't that mean you get to go on vacation earlier then anyone else?
By starting a month before a whole load of people, you get to go on holiday a full month before them.

although you probably wouldn't want to live in the UK, we start in september, and end late july -_-...fuuunnn

Well I think we get an epic winter break...like two weeks or something? Along with labor days and memorial days, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birfay, Presidents day etc~ We get out of school for days like that, so that might be why we start so early? Who knows @.@

and just getting a month of summer break in the UK?????? O.O Nuuu, I'm not going there!

In Japan I think it is a month too but they have vacations all year round like Christmas or something is like 4 weeks also and all that whatanot. I think they want to make school seem like a year-round thing but they have the same amount of vacation days as my school anyways. And wasn't it no face and not no name?
