MD for the first time!

I've never tanked because I've never scrolled up with T2's and T3's, but I decided to give it a go now that I'm level 59. At least I should be able to tank right?

And I did tank and I think it bloody rocked! It was too bad that something went wrong and half the people dropped out though. I didn't even realise it until halfway through. I just heard people whining about not being revved but I didn't pay attention since I was tryin to keep aggro.

But yeah, we couldn't finish it in the end, there wasn't enough time to kill the dragon, but I tanked the whole way! -proud-

So, tell us your first tanking accomplishment! :laugh:

Uhh, soloing mara and marlone in mara kq by running ahead of everyone else. I would usually be at the boat starting on one of the bosses by the time everyone caught up.

Soloing full abyss rooms is always fun. Espesially once you get deva.

Soloing anything someone says isn't soloable, I.E. robo(KQ and not), Orc Capitan at level 40(cpt did this not me, i was the one that dared XD).

First tanking accomplishment? Hm.. Ah! I can't forget this~

Last December, when I was level 33...

AoE grinding in CP [prisoners, torturers, trees and seniors] with a fighter, another archer and a cleric, and I tanked.

Party lasted for, IDK how long till I had to go XD

Haha, everyone had their first tanking accomplishments so early!! I had to wait till level 59... LOL!

LOL I had some stuff anyway while I was tanking;

T1 buff
T1 agility scroll
T1 mentality scroll
T2 vitality scroll

And ofcourse, party buffs ^^

I tanked a Hero Slime when I was level 3.

In my clerics first KQ, she tanked king slime. None of the fighters knew what they were doing, and they were all squishy, so I was like "screw it" and took charge.

I tanked and kept aggro the robber at gold hill. During it, the clerics kept calling all the fighters "wussies" it was lol.

Sometimes there are level 30+ fighters in there that refuse to tank so all the level 20+ fighters have to tank. And they tend to die a lot faster. However, it does tend to work out because there are usually so many clerics in GH (Don't know why that is.)

When I reached level 16 I started tanking king slime, and that rolled over too mara, and that rolled right over to Gold Hill <3 :laugh:

As my archer in Apo, I tanked for most of the Mara KQs I was in, since I am end/str archer.

AS my mage, I tanked Giant Honeying, eventhough it failed since the fighter think I am noob and isnt suppose to be tanking, decided to train me

I tanked MD at level 49.

i have tanked mostly everything...

returned ghost slime prolly is the hardest for me...or KKP?

prolly my next goal is the boss in Flaming Mines.

when my cleric was 15 or 16 i waqs too lazy to do anything but heal but then the tank died out at king slime and i didn't want to fail cause i still needed the king and queen kills so i started tanking and we won o_o.

oh and i tanked ggk on my archer. that was unexpected. the original plan was for the cleric to tank cause we couldn't find anyone to tank but it turned out that i was the only that could tank it without buffs. i used a t1 shield scroll i got from lam though :3.

Tanked in Mara KQ as my fighter and later tanked in GH KQ. Tanking is alot of fun!

I love tanking as a mage o_o..you never lose aggro

so, lvl 53, got extenders on my archer. i went into a MD and eventually got in a party with a cleric and got buffed. didn't have any scrolls but had 2900 hp. we only had one tank D:.

but because of the extenders and buffs i could tank everything but the jump (needed like 300 more hp for that >_<) so i ended up being kinda a back up tank anyways. someone actually said they needed me there :D

Destrus~ put on a Magic defence scroll and you'll be fine!!

Cursed Knight Lord, I tanked him when burning rock opened by accident, hit around 800 on me, I probably had 1400ish def at the time because I was 60 and charming...so now it would be easy peasy.

No real tanking accomplishment unless mutant zombie counts

The first time I tank (with glory, lol) is with my full END Fighter (with 1h sword and shield) and tanked both Mara and Marlone at LV20ish. That suckie mage lure Mara while I'm tanking Marlone... >.>

Today, my cleric tanked pretty funny. Sometimes, in Golden Hill KQ, Fighters lose aggro easily on the boss (whether they are stunned or not) and since I heal heck a lot, it attacked my with 500+ damage (got 700+ HP in total). I just stand there healing myself and fully restored my HP and repeat. Just imagine a cleric just healing and standing still so easily while the boss is doing the hard work trying to kill me but fail everytime. XD

I think it was mentioned that they hadn't actually scaled the area for difficulty when it was accidentally released so it might not be that simple.

A 60 cleric (ShrikeII) did an amazing job tanking in MD today.

We need more Hypers in MD to appreciate clankers.

Hmmmmmmmmmm I clanked my first time in a mara kq where I was the person with the highest defense 320 with T2 def scroll at lvl 22 or 23 I think. I managed to tank the whole kq and with not that many people died b/c i just healed myself when necessary and that drew aggro for some weird reason as long as the archers didn't crit I outdamaged them with my +7 hammer :D The only fighter lvl 17 just stood in the back while the 2 other clerics also healed me. The rest were archers and mages (and there were only 10 people) It was amazing XD Clankers are nice even though I'm not even a clanker build but the only problem I have is clankers who think they can tank yet die in 1 hit and start blaming other clerics like me for not healing them.

You need to use t3 def/mdef/vit.

I tanked at lvl 32 in GH kq because no one volunteered. At the first boss, we kind of scrambled because there was no designated tank. I thought I should give it a try because I was the highest lvl there. I was not confident as I was an all STR fighter at the time but thankfully, two (TWO!!!) clerics kept me alive throughout and we won. I have never tanked again in KQs.

I tanked King/Queen slime and Mara/Malrone ... Those were my first experience in a KQ ( pretty new to FO ). Was lvl 15 when i tanked Slim's and lvl 23 for Mara. ( 1:1 END/SPR ) Was fun :)

I tanked MD a few times in my high 40's...
