In order to get an item from +9 to +10 you need to have an item that is at +4 then take it to an Item Merchant NPC will break the weapon down and turn it into a stone called Karis and you use that stone on a +9 item to turn it into +10

There aren't any "Karis" stones. Andromeda was joking. xD

Just some funky looking Eyes/Miles. Those are probably what enhances it to +10.

I wasn't joking about +20 either you have to sacrifice 100 +10 weapons to get a Banana Stone use it on your weapon then your weapon turns yellow and it looks like Bananas in Pyjamas (not really)

looking for chart on Karis break down i saw one this morning. it explain 1 karis for lvl1 +9 and so on
