Loading FiestaOnline [still unsolved D:]
 

So...I used the format Dynamics suggested....:P

OS: Windows XP Service Pack 1.
Processor information: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3000+ 1.81 GHz
RAM: 512MB of RAM.
Nature of problem: I've recently installed an older version of Windows today...and it seems maybe that's the problem. I've managed to download the Fiesta launcher etc, and when I type in my email address&password and click login, my computer blackens for a second and gives me this message -->

Is it the memory that's unavailable, or the uncompatible windows version? Or could it be something else? Any ideas?

Edit: Alright...so I got all the things that were suggested here...I have Service Pack 3, tried restarting, redownloaded the client...and D: I still get the same -->http://www.fiestafan.com/forums/phot....php?n=470&w=o message...Any more ideas?

i used to have that when i got my new comp, dl latest drivers.
oh and get sp2

I am no computer pro but my sister has that error. Not sure if it fixed for her, but she presses okay everytime and it still works. Does it stop you from running fiesta after you press okay?

D: hmm by downloading latest drivers...do you mean Service pack +2? I don't seem to be able to find the CD for that one...:/ And what's sp2? sorry :( I'm probably the last person working with computers D:...

It pops up twice, and every time I click them, it does sorta show me the Fiesta window...but it closes and I get the launcher again...

SP2 is a FREE DOWNLOAD on Microsoft Update..

just be sure you have a GENUINE Microsoft Windows XP...

i think it will ask you for the CD key...? or it will automatically check...

heres how youll do it....

1. click Start

2. All Programs

3. Windows Update (it is located at the TOP of the list).

4. look/search for Windows XP service pack 2...

5. read and follow instructions...

6. while downloading....do something else! (it will take a while.LOL!)

sometime you have to restart the compture ,Sometime the compture will not work sometime with a prolem, like me i get a problem upload a program i just Restart it.if it still dont work i allways Delet the Program and Re Install Again. Man its a Pain in the Neck.

:P I've done hundreds of restarting by reinstalling all the programs I had before...according to you, that should've solved the problem....and delete/reinstalling...D: I'll just try the video card idea first :P And then if it still doesn't work, I'll try yours :)

Yep, I'm going to agree with Triumph. Get your graphics card information for us, we'll see what it is.

Just wondering if u got directx 9.0c...if you dont know just run dxdiag and it'll say what version you got on the bottom

wasnt there a new graphic feature added not long ago, maybe your graphiccard doesnt support it.

If thats the case overwrite the option.mco in ressystem with these one provided. Its contains minimal settings, maybe u can start the game these way.

Actually....I found a thread regarding the same problem...So I guess I'll follow the instructions there...and see if it works...thanks ya'll :)

like what i told you...

your still using a GENERIC driver for your video card...

please update it and im pretty sure everything will work fine...

your DirectX is good...
