read it on a thread but need to make sure.....no lvl cap raise on...july 6 I believe it was...? heard someone mention it was being push back to augusts

Never believe anything you read without official confirmation. Unless it was said by an informed CL or an Outspark Staff member who are actually privy to this kind of information, it's just baseless speculation.


I've heard people cite the date as anywhere from 2 months ago to somewhere next year. No point worrying about it.

They said that it will be the end of June or beginning of July. So.. we'll just wait. o-o

Please don't believe anything unless its said by an official staffer.

its not like we could trust the official staff either. How many times did they promised cap raise already?

Don't believe anything until you see the patch notice on that day...

The cap raise being pushed back simply means... I have more time to get there! :uhoh:

They haven't Promised anything. THey word things very carefully, like "expected date" "looks like it will be". So, technically, they are not promising us anything. It is called business lingo and it is perfectly legit.

It's all just "probably" "rough" "about" "estimated"...

Well it seems like they've been working on other stuff besides the cap being raised, which I think is good.

Eh... Things get pushed back all the time. It isn't as bad as it was 5~6 months ago. I hope you all remember that. ;D

I guess I might as well cap two more times or something -_-

I have a friend that capped 3 characters during those 6 months.. yes. He's a grind-a-holic, and he doesn't like plvls. But CSed. o-o

Well, I'm not sure what they're focusing on now. The recent patch bugs, or the cap raises.
