is this a permanent centralized PM box? They say 'temporarily' and 'from now on' at the same time.

I think they meant the GM's individual PM box will be closed "Temporarily"... but all enquires to be sent to Fiesta_Help "from now on"...

Exactly... Oh well permanent or temporary, I hope this'll be really effective o_O

I hope CL's aren't included into this, and if all 'staff' (GMs, CSRs, CLs) share it, aren't GM issues different from CSR and CL issues? Why would they need one massive in-box o-o?

They said Outspark Staff... i hope that doesnt mean CLs... coz... technically.. they're not staff...

I'd think it was just GMs for now based on the title, but they did say before about clustering PMs

The GMs have temporarily turned off their personal PM boxes. Probably so everyone can get in the habit of PMing Fiesta_Help. Eventually, you will be able to PM the GMs individually, but they prefer it if you send all of your issues to Fiesta_Help.

even if CLs are included, I'll just bug Yosei here haha

Nah, we don't have access to that PM.
