Snow day tomorrow. Blizzard tonight ~

Kayla had a snow day today - really, it was an ice day. 1 inch of ice last night, another inch of ice tonight, with a 3 or 4 inch layer of snow oin top of that. Probably out of school til Friday. :laugh:

We'll probably only get tomorrow.

This is a huge storm though. Like over 2000miles long. Stretching from East Coast (NY and that area) through the midwest

I was so giddy when they shut my campus down :P right on time too. I hate my Algebra class. Was in English thinking "I wonder what the chances are that they'll cancel classes before 4..." and they did! Hah!

One person in my guild still had to go to work despite the blizzard warnings. She said she was taking a shovel with her so she can dig herself out of work and go home. Didn't want to stay overnight...

D: i never get snow days... not even ice days... i get snow at home but since my school is 30 mins away the weather is always warmer T_T

Yeah, I had to drive to work through the first part of the ice storm, sitting here now hoping to get to go home in another 8 hours IF my replacements show up. Kayla is at home with no power. Part 2 is going on now........

On weather.com 3am-5am were boxed in red. Apparently that will be the worst of it.

damnit storm isnt getting near virginia. I live in like, the really really really northern part of the state tho, so hopefully ill get a little brush of snow, anything would help =D
