Those are just regular drops. Try grinding some mobs near your lvl, or buy them.

Try Archon JR's and Vamp bats.
Wiki says those mobs drop the drops.

Yeah prisoners drop the Sign of Trace, and Navar drops preserved signs I think...

People do sell preserved signs by the stacks, coz they're T3 / T4 HP pot materials..

Oh, I remember that quest. It's easy, about ten seconds in the 70 abyss gets you that XD
