Don't really know if this is in the correct section/has been mentioned before. Bleh, anyway.

Recently, I can't access the guild storage, can't even open them (two of my characters are guild masters, and I stored a lot of valuable items in these two guild storages). Fiesta always shows the same note: "Now, there are too many guild storage users. Please try again later." I checked the guild masters at Uruga, Elderine and Roumen. At most, only a few people use it at any given time. Does that qualify as 'too many'?

On my cleric (who is not a guild master), I can access the guild storage and put stuff in. I usually am on Fiesta in the afternoons/evenings, GMT +9. At that point of time, all the servers are on "Low", however that irritating piece of (insert mystery word) shows up and won't even let me open the guild storage. I must've tried opening it it about twenty times today...

I need to get my stuff out badly. What can I do? :cries:

OMG, I was gonna make a thread to ask if anyone ever has gotten their Uruga storage bugged, because right now, I've got both Eldy and Roumen bugged and can only rely on Uruga. But, I'm still really wary about using guild storage, so I'm planning to take out the stuff I'll be needing soon when.. I get more room .__.

This is my guess - if you have tried to use the storage when there are other people using it and it triggers the error message about too many people using it, then the bug will keep popping up for that NPC regardless if there's people there or not the next time you use it.

I was in Shift Z in Eldy today when I tried to use the Eldy one. It bugged (this is only the second time I've used it), and I got out of shift Z to see other people standing around. I proceeded to go to Roumen and saw only one person standing there. I read somewhere on Outspark that says only 300 storage spaces can be opened at a time, so I thought, heck, this shouldn't bug since there's only one person standing near the NPC.

Well guess what, it wouldn't let me in either! It makes me wonder if Eldy and Roumen are linked or something... ._________.

Then I went to Uruga and it worked. So now I won't try opening guild storage unless I'm alone there myself.

But I dunno how you can take the stuff out. Could try contacting the CSR...

But I guess I'll try going to Uruga to get my stuff out. I haven't tried it there but...one of my nubbies is a 2x, so that is the troublesome part. Uruga scrolls, while I can afford to buy lots of them, seems like a waste of money >.<

Yes, right now Uruga scrolls in Teva can sell for 50s. But I used one anyway. Could ask if one of your guildies can escort you when they have time, not too hard. I was planning to ask my sister to help me, but I got impatient. xD

Just make sure no one is around when you try and use it. Just in case. D:

I've actually had this happen when I was the only person trying to access the storage. A patch some eons ago was supposed to have rectified this bug but all you can really say is Outspark'd.

Last time I had to give it a day or two before I was able to access again...

So far for me.. uruga has worked every time...

Yep, tried Uruga on my nub alts, while no one else was using and it worked. I guess it partly solves the problem...but Uruga scrolls in Epith cost 25s. :arg:

Well, better than 50s in Teva, I guess.

Fortunately for me I have a character that I don't play with and it sit permanently in uruga XD

Elderine and Roumen just never seems to work for me...
